I've been a returning customer over some years. Why? First, the quality of the lights exceeds that of any others I've bought being particularly robust: essential during weather in the Christmas/New Year period. Secondly, the reliability of the kit has been very good indeed. Thirdly, on the couple of occasions when I've had issues - for instance a sealed transformer unit which simply burned out - replacements have been supplied promptly and without quibbling after a courteous and professional exchange of messages. This is customer service as it was and as it should be. Finally - and interestingly - that Costco stocks the Lights4you-supplied items speaks volumes for the quality of the products.

I’ve used this company for many years and have always had great customer service. If on the rare occasion something was wrong with my order it has been resolved very quickly. Products are innovative and great quality.

Best products and best service out there, I should know having bought loads of inferior stuff from other suppliers.

I originally bought the 3m x 2 Icicle Christmas Lights and honestly loved them so much that I came back and ordered the 4m x 3 boxes to decorate the whole front of my house. The difference in quality was obvious straight away—they're much brighter and look far better than the Christmas lights I've bought from other shops in the past. They give such a lovely effect, and I'm really pleased with how they look. I was so happy with them that I also ordered the garden lights. Great quality, excellent value, and I'd definitely buy from Lights4You again.

Christmas Shining Glory!! We go really big at Christmas (and Halloween)... we have a reputation in our village for our displays. The lights we have bought over the years from Lights4you play a HUGE part in brining the magic (and spooks!) Great quality lights that are excellent value and have lasted us years and years :)

finally making an adaptor again that remembers flash status, ie lights stay at static when switched on again. we stopped using lights4you for a while because they stopped this functionality, meaning lights would flash when turned on, which we don't want. they do make great lights, so glad to be using them again.

I cannot recommend Lights4you enough. Every time I purchase equipment from them, the prices are amazingly affordable and the products are extremely high quality. There is absolutely no need to look anywhere else for your lighting needs. Highly recommended!

Previously had a set of colour changing lights on for Christmas and special occasions, they looked so good so ordered another couple of sets and leave them on the outside front tree, just hook them up to an extension and away you go, lovely soft ever changing colours.

Lights4you have been in my garden for upwards of 10 years, having bought spares also I have only replace two half sections of the LED string lights and, all my fault I did not protect the ends left open to the elements. I would only buy from Lights4you because they last for years if you look after them, 5 star lights 5 star company.

Great service and always polite and helpful! Have bought from this business for a few years now and the quality of their items is good and reasonably priced! Not too many companies now a days where you can speak to a human.
