Have made multiple orders, and depending on the books in each one they have occasionally taken a while to get to me (I've opted for one delivery once all books are available to save on shipping costs) but that's a small issue. Prices are great, the selection is indeed the widest I've seen, and once the books are available they are delivered very quickly. Highly recommended.

Incredibly delayed delivery, the company cooperates with a terrible delivery service.
Returns of products are priced on the buyer which means is makes almost no sense to return a product price wise, most of the time. Again, they send the products with a delivery services that might take month + for delivery something within 1000-2000 km away.

Έσκισαν το βιβλίο μου κατά τη μεταφορά και όταν τους ζήτησα να ξαναγίνει η παραγγελία, τους στέλνω email μετά από δύο δύο εβδομάδες να δω τι έγινε και μου λένε ότι την ακύρωσαν αυτοί καταλάθος. Πραγματικά ότι χειρότερο έχω συναντήσει στο ίντερνετ τα τελευταία χρόνια. Ότι. Χειρότερο. Και μετά είχαν το θράσος να μου προτείνουν να ξανακάνουν τη παραγγελία και σαν "συγγνώμη" να μη πληρώσω τα έξοδα αποστολής, λες και ένα τάληρο ειναι αρκετό να αναπληρώσει όλη την ταλαιπωρία από τις 27 Ιουνίου που παρήγγειλα πρώτη φορά το βιβλίο μέχρι σημερα 23/7. Ότι χειρότερο ξαναλέω.
Ενημέρωση 3/8: Έκανα αυτό που μου πρότειναν στην απάντηση από κάτω και επικοινώνησα, και μου προσέφεραν ακριβώς την ίδια πρόταση, να ξανακάνουν τη παραγγελία δίχως τα έξοδα αποστολής. Σε αυτό το σημείο δεν υπάρχουν καν λόγια, ντροπή σας.

Libristo has a big collection of books wich in my region aren’t easy to stumble uppon, the delivery time is long but reasonably so, due to imports etc, and they keep you updated the entire way through, prices are also reasonable and making an order is hassle free

Discovering a huge gem with a variety of books
Although I was hesitant to order now I'm happy I did ,such a huge collection of books of every writer that ever existed,the post could be faster , second hand books could be available but the whole experience,app easyness ,searching and availability of the story of the book ,in excellent condition received after posting, constant emails indicating the state of book until receipt better prices than what's available in my country Cyprus , language availability on translated books , everything was smooth I have already ordered another 4 books thank you
