Poor customer service
I was (but won’t be not any more) a regular customer. The last order took a couple of months to arrive with no update till I asked. One of the supposed books was a notebook. To return it for a refund didn’t worth it. I asked if they are willing to offer an extra discount in the next order (my last order was 126€) they answered no but they’d give me free shipping, which I’d get anyway. 😂 I think customer service should consider other options to keep a customer satisfied considering the big competition in the market.

I ordered a book on a Thursday, because the site stated it would arrive by following Wednesday or Thursday at most. Libristo decided to send the book on Tuesday, thus it arrived the next Monday.
I wanted it for my vacations. :(

Extra protection
In general everything went smoothly... Just one thing would like to mention. Since you pay 2,00€ for extra protection I expect the book to be really protected with a good amount of bubble wrap or whatever. It was just a small piece of bubble wrap.

The books I ordered arrived safely and in good condition, so I have no complaints about the physical books. However, I accidentally ordered an eBook and unfortunately I have not been able to use it at all until today. I contacted customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I feel disappointed that there was no solution offered for an eBook I could not use. I hope they can improve their refund policy and provide better support in situations like this. I wouldn’t return.
