Ordered stainless steel letter box last week. Was delivered by DPD within 3 days. Well packaged with a a box within a box. They supply good raw plugs and screws. Easy to install. Quality item and no flapping of letter plate in a strong wind. Customer service was excellent.

Woodpecker free standing post and parcel box
Delivered promptly by DPD. Although the outside box had been damaged the box was so well packed that no damage whatsoever was caused to the post box. Very pleased with the style, size and quality. There was an installation guide on line and a diagram included with the post box but no information on minimum depth to install the post. Very easy to contact Amy in customer service who checked thoroughly and came back to advise minimum depth of 8 inches but more advisable. deeper so we installed at 10.5 inches using almost 2 bags of postcrete. Looks great and won't be going anywhere!

Chosen partly because of the apparent quality in that they use galvanised steel under the paint. Ordering was easy. It was delivered quickly. It was well packed and arrived undamaged. Works well and seems popular with people who deliver.

First class service
We recently bought an outside box from Letterbox4you but unfortunately it did not fit in the place we wanted. On contacting the customer service they refunded our money on receiving the box back and immediately sent out another we had chosen which was perfect.
The after sales sevice is second to none.

Excellent Customer Service
The product price was very good and delivery was very quick. We had a small issue with a slightly damaged front facia, probably through being mishandled by the courier. We contacted customer service who reviewed our issue and sent out a replacement immediately. They were courteous, understanding and very professional. I would definitely purchase again from this company.

Great customer service from Natalie and her colleagues. We wanted an item that was out of stock initially. When it came back into stock we wanted to order with some lettering for our house name and were very particular about sizing. Natalie called to talk through exactly what we wanted and then sent a proof by email for us to approve before finalising the order. The order arrived within a couple of days. We are very happy with our letterbox and the communication, attention to detail and general great customer service that we have received !

CERBERUS ENHANCED SECURITY WALL MOUNTED POST BOX
I recently ordered a Cerberus Enhanced Security Post Box from this company online. I made several telephone enquiries prior to ordering. Their Customer Service is second to none. All questions were answered promptly. Once ordered, the Post Box arrived within 2 days, undamaged. The two members of staff I dealt with (Natalie & Amy) could not have done any more for me. Such Customer Service is quite rare these days, so well done to these two ladies.
The Letter Box is for another property, so I cannot review it until it is installed, but from initial inspection it is robust, looks very secure, and is of great quality.

Our letterbox arrived very quickly and looked perfect. We had a slight problem but Amy was extremely helpful in sorting it out. Excellent customer service! We live on the Cornish coast and wanted a box that was robust and could cope with the salt. It has a great guarantee against any problems that might arise.

EXCELLENT products and service
After having an external wall mounted mailbox, a man was able to insert his hand a steal some mail. It was only a vigilant neighbour who saw him that this came to light, and we subsequently found out that I was the subject of identity theft. I looked through the mailbox4you website and was pleased to find a mailbox that could be fitted through the brick wall, with a secure internal locked box, with keys. It has arrived today and I am so very pleased with how substantial it is. It came very well packaged and was delivered within the time stated on the tracking facility. I wish that we had bought one of these in the first place. I highly recommend mailbox4you, and thank them for such an excellent service

Delighted - highly recommended…
Absolutely delighted with our Sierra powder coated through-wall combined letter and parcel box, with a robust-looking security mechanism to prevent parcels being removed from the outside. Good website, really helpful staff (Amy) to deal with queries, very fast DPD delivery with the letter box extremely well packed and protected. Can't wait to see it in the wall, and stop the accumulation of parcels on my doorstep / hidden behind the bins etc!

As a company we do not usually leave reviews, Letterboxes4You are the exception. One of our sites in London was presented with a problem from the main contractor, their suppliers had let them down drastically and we were tasked with supplying a bank of 40 wall mounted letterboxes and a deadline of 4 days to complete this for handover of a completed block of apartment's. Enter a Google search and find Letterboxes4you, a phone call to Zoe, she confirmed they had 8 banks of 5 in stock ready to go. Shortly after confirming this will work for us, an email invoice link was sent by Pauline, all paid and an upgrade to next day pallet delivery sorted. The timeline went like this-Pallet left Aylesbury at 16.24 on 27/11 and was signed for on site in London at 10.36 on 28/11. I will let you do the math.
This was made possible because of the team at Letterboxes4You and the prompt, professional manner with which they conducted this transaction. Quite simply they stepped up to the plate and smashed it out of the park, I for one have nothing but praise for them, thank you Zoe, thank you Pauline. First class and to date none better. From my team to yours thank you.

Bought something that was delivered on time, it happened to be damaged on arrival but they responded right away, arranged a pick up and replacement with no fuss and at our convenience. New item is pristine and we're happy with it. Good friendly comms with real humans too. What more could one wish!
