We needed a rear access postbox to fit in our new fence and ordered from here. Delivery was quick and the item was packaged well. It’s really smart and a great size. It was easy to install and we’ve not had any problems. Exactly how we like it!

I wanted to order the swift wall mounted letter box in Anthracite Grey to match our front door, but sometimes the greys come out a different colour.
I contact the Customer Service team and spoke to the wonderful Amy. I explained that I wanted to make sure the letter box was a true anthracite grey colour Ral 7016. She promptly went down to the factory to ask that question for me and confimed that it was. I also asked about the colour of the vinyl letters, as I couldn't decide between silver or light grey. Amy said that she would take photo's of the vinyl sheets and email them to me, which again she did really promptly. This helped me make a decision on the best shade of lettering to match the box.
Amy's customer service was amazing and I felt sure the quality of the letter box I recieved would be first class.
I placed the ordered and the box came very quickly. It was really well packaged to avoid damage in transit, all the edges were protected as well.
The box is solid and very well made with a lovely finish. The light grey lettering looks very stylish against the anthracite grey box and the contemporary design of the Swift box looks so good.
I would 100% recommend Letterbox4you and would not hesitate to order from them again. Wonderful from start to finish.

I'm very pleased with my new personalised letterbox from Letterbox4you. The letterbox itself is excellent quality and the finished personalisation looks clean, modern and exactly in keeping with what I was hoping to achieve.

I ordered the ---1996 freestanding letter box, and we were expecting the property address to be engraved or provided as metal or plastic letters, as shown/indicated when we placed the order.

However, we received a letter box with some basic silver stickers instead. This is not what we expected for a product that cost £155.00.

I am very disappointed with the product and feel that it does not meet the expectations of what we paid for. Please could you advise how you intend to resolve this, whether by providing the correct engraved/metal/plastic lettering or offering an appropriate replacement or refund?

Fabulous attention to detail by the staff prior to posting. A couple of fixtures and fittings were missing and emailed out very promptly. The postbox is stylish and secure. Thankyou very much!

I don't normally leave reviews but my experience with letterbox4you was excellent. Their customer service is top notch!. I ordered the parcel delivery box but unfortunately it didn't suit my needs so I had to return it. They were very quick to respond to my email with the details on how to return the item. I had used DPD to return the item but as I was living in Ireland there was an issue with customs duty being owed entering the UK. I reached out to their customer service team and they were extremely helpful throughout the process. In the end, DPD returned the package to me. I reshipped it with another courier and it arrived back with them after around 4 weeks of them originally sending it out to me. Full refund was processed and money back in my account within 3 days of them receiving it. There was no chasing them up, very responsive to emails. The product itself was made to a high standard. Again, top notch customer service and I would definitely order from the again if I was in need of their products.

Excellent process for ordering either by their website or by telephone speaking to a human. Very simple ordering process with personalisation a key feature for maximising individuality. Product is excellent quality and is offered in several charming colours to suit any home. Customer service has been excellent with a high level of effective communication and appropriate follow up action. Delivery excellent. Product protected well with strong packaging. Overall a very positive experience and it is why I went back to the same company to order my parcel box to compliment my post box.

We recently ordered the 3 Wall Mounted Post Box W5 in Anthracite Grey (DAWAL503-1) from Letterbox4You for one of our projects and were very pleased with both the product and the service provided.

Clear easy to use website and ordering. Delivered promptly. Nice sturdy construction with an unexpected extra. A drip tray in the bottom of the box to prevent water damage to letters if it did happen to get in. Great follow up customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
