Lemon cares a tremendous amount about finding high quality developers that are the right long term fit. We had some specific requirements and Iryna was able to find some great options that were all really qualified. They checked in several times during the engagement and made sure the start and kickoff for the dev was well handled. Will be planning on working with them well into the future.

The experience has been great so far, the response are fast and consistent.

The sales & marketing team asked lots of good questions often and early. This allowed them to better understand what we needed and what we didn't. The only area I think they could improve is transparency around salary/compensation.

You have to use a voice to answer question which felt incredibl odd. Says 20 minutes to find matching roles. After 2 hours still no roles (and it was for marketing manager positions which there are many), thankfully only my time was wasted

The best part about this experience was how methodically my skills were assessed. The entire onboarding process is seamless. The projects offered in the whole process were interesting and fairly easy to apply, with a 100% response rate. The interview process is challenging enough, but at every step you genuinely feel like you’re speaking to people who care about you and your success. Everyone has been super friendly and attentive from day zero. I could totally see myself hanging out with them one day haha

Once I got in, they were quick to find me a really cool project to work on. Now I’m already on my second one! The platform is neat and they’re constantly coming up with ways to make everything run smoothly. For example, they even help you when it comes to negotiating raises with clients. Highly recommended, it has taken away most of the stress of being a freelancer!

I've been working for a few months as a contractor on Lemon, everything has been smooth so far, the only downside for me was that it took a while until I got a project, I've created my account a few years ago actually, back then they didn't have that many projects(got more interviews before I got the current position), since then I've tried to set my availability a few times and it didn't work out until a few months ago when I've set my availability to full time again and after a few short interviews with 3-4 different companies one decided to hire me.

Took me a while to get my first match, but after that they always brought up new opportunities whenever the market allowed it.

The review process & onboarding do take a little while, but after that it was smooth sailing. Got my first project within a week and no issues for several months now.

I’ve been working with Lemon.io for almost three years, and it’s been a great experience overall. They help you find jobs relatively fast, and their model is very convenient — you only need to validate your experience and skills once. After that, most client interviews are light and conversational. Payments are simple and reliable. My only criticism is that the rates aren’t quite at the top of the market.
