They were able to quickly find jobs for me, but what I liked most was the fact that they didn't judge me when a customer ended my contract; instead, they found another contract for me because they trusted in my skills. That level of trust and professionalism made a huge difference in my career, allowing me to seek better opportunities.

I had an interview scheduled through Lemon.io, confirmed well in advance. Their meeting booking system didn’t work properly — I had to reschedule twice because the platform failed to confirm the chosen time slots.

After finally setting a date and even taking time off from work to attend, I received an email exactly one minute before the interview saying the call was canceled because the client was unavailable and that they had already decided my style didn’t fit.

If they had already reviewed my portfolio, this could have been communicated well before the scheduled interview, not at the last moment.

This experience shows a complete lack of professionalism, coordination, and respect for candidates’ time. I wouldn’t recommend Lemon.io to any serious professional expecting basic courtesy and reliability from a recruiting platform.

Lemon.io is great to work with. The engineer we were connected with through the platform was skilled, reliable, and good to work with. In addition, our account managers were good communicators. I would recommend Lemon.

After I asked what was the reason for this, they told me that I have read something from the screen while taking the video. Which wasn't the case for me, I just made some practice and did recording while looking myself on the screen.

I guess they are not looking for talented people but just photogenic people.

I worked at some best companies, never had any issues on my communication. They even didn't looked at my CV.

I wouldn't recommend working with them.

Yet another screwed up company running their operation on automated bots. ( AI agents ). I wasted my Saturday afternoon applying for work with Lemon.io. With over 25 years development experience and working for Fortunate 500 companies throughout my IT career, their automated bot returned a response insinuating that I don't speak the English language and would have diffuculty communicating with people. You are so totally screwed up as a company, I don't think you fully grasp just how flawed you really are. I've spent several years helping IT departments create workflows and automate processes.I can tell you with 100% certainty, your workflow is flawed and as a result, you are totally screwed up. Now, I'm sure you'll reply to this review and try and defend your application process, but you wasted valuable hours of my time reading a flawed auto generated email telling me my English and Verbal Communication is lacking. I have news for you, I was born in the United States over 60 years ago. You never met me or spoken with me, so your whole AI [rocess is flawed, 100%. For anyone thinking of applying to Lemon.io? DO NOT waste your time. Lemon.io is BAD NEWS!
