Great platform for developers to find amazing projects to work on. They really excel in procuring the jobs which best fit the software engineer's skill set, allowing one to best utilize their strengths, yielding the most value for all parties.

Found a solid developer through Lemon.io. Customer service from the account manager has been great too.

So we worked with Lemon and one of their developers Gerson for almost a 6 month stretch. We were building complicated AI infrastructure and tools that was only possible because Gerson learned on the fly, elevated our development speeds with AI practices, and delivered great code fast. The company is great, thought there isn't much opportunities for UX/UI Designers. I spent around 3 months waiting for an opportunity that would fit me, and that was somewhat inconvenient, but apart from that, and now that I'm having a contract with a client, it's going well.

Good facade, mostly AI responses, maybe good for entry-level jobs. The recruiter have no clue about IT (surprise!).

Check their social media, everything died in 2023. They are a Zombie. Now they are pretending to be a big company but after a few interactions, you can tell it is a "one man band". I bet they have max 2 clients.
