Friendly and professional service
I have used Leightons opticians since it opened its Thatcham Branch, and have continued to do so despite moving 40 miles away. The staff are very professional and friendly, their expertise and advice put one at ease and help in choosing the correct type of frame and lenses. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting or needing expert eyecare.

Had the ear wax removal service
Had the ear wax removal service. The process was excellent from start to finish. I was kept informed every step of the way, was shown before and after pictures and it was all very gentle. I did have a hearing test afterwards and there was some outside noise so maybe that could be improved.

Audiology test
My appointment with Audiologist and Hearing Aid Consultant, Sheena Ruparelia, was to check on a blocked ear issue that I had been inconvenienced with for a couple of weeks.
The checks that Sheena made were numerous and I was walked through every step - depending on the individual, its either fascinating or slightly concerning when you view a photograph of your eardrum!
Alongside the checks, rectifying the problem and the audio test, it was refreshing to talk to someone who is passionate about the subject of hearing and the links with general well being for us all.
I recommend that anyone interested in maintaining healthy hearing to book now, thank you for your dedicated work Sheena

Hearing Test
I booked a hearing test at Leighton's, as I have been suffering from tinnitus for several months. The hearing specialist, Sheena Ruparelia, carried out a very thorough examination and hearing test, patiently answered all of my questions and provided me with reassurance and good advice. Would highly recommend.

Very thorough and informative hearing test. The audiologist explained the results and had these good videos to show you the inner workings of the ear. I will be recommending Leighton's to others.
