Harj made the entire process effortless and easy from start to finish and always went the extra mile to answer any queries I had. Would definately recommend!

Good correspondence and assistance with my first ever lease car

Excellent price and service

Dealt with Harj Singh - very helpful and quick. Felt like it was a personal service.
Highly recommend

Great service and would recommend to anyone good work guys

The process, from finding the car I wanted to it being delivered to me, was just over a week- a really quick and impressive timeline.
The communication from the personable sales advisor and the finance team was timely, answering any queries and keeping me informed every step of the way.
I would definitely recommend Lease Car Direct!

Leasing my new car through Lease Car Direct was a genuinely positive experience.
From the first inquiry to the day the keys were handed over, everything felt easy and well-organized. Atul who dealt with my application was friendly, knowledgeable, and never tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need.

The online application was clear and transparent, with all costs, terms, and mileage allowances laid out in plain language. I really valued the regular progress updates, which kept me informed without me having to chase for information.

When the car arrived, it was spotless and exactly as described. The delivery driver even took the time to walk me through the features before leaving. Since then, their follow-up support has been excellent, making me feel like more than just another customer.

Thank you so much to Atul and the team for executing such a phenomenal deal on such an exceptional vehicle in the brand new 26 plate Audi A5 S line Black Edition. I honestly could not ask for more. The process was smooth and efficient from initial order to receipt of the vehicle. Thank you so much guys. Strongly recommended and I will most certainly be using your services in the years to come 😊 Thank you

This is one of many cars I have leased from Lease Car Direct, and having dealt with them for many years, I can safely say I will never go anywhere else. They are always incredibly quick, highly responsive, and brilliant at getting deals over the line. This particular transaction was a bit unusual for me as it was an "in-stock" deal, and the speed from application to delivery was absolutely mind-blowing. The paperwork was ready within hours of my initial request, the finance was fully processed in 72 hours, and the car was delivered to my door in just 10 days.Harj was, as usual, exceptional, highly communicative, and thoroughly professional throughout. I truly cannot imagine working with any other leasing company. They provide excellent service every single time, and I highly recommend them!

My third car from lease car direct. Top class experience from start to finish again. Will back for the next one in a couple of years. Thanks

I’ve recently taken delivery of a new Land Rover Defender with a lease through Lease Car Direct and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Harj was there whenever I had any questions through the order placing and prior to delivery. Would highly recommend their service and will certainly be going to them again for our next car. Thanks!

Super happy with my overall experience. Harj and Antul were both very responsive to all my questions and super friendly throughout. The guys managed to secure an exceptional deal for me! Very happy customer , thanks guys!

Very helpful. Communication straight forward and did everything they said they'd do. Atul in particular was great

Shout out to harj for getting my merc to me asap after being let down by another company…..always kept me informed and helped me when I struggled to fill a few things
Defo worth leasing with leasecardirect and will do so in the future

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I ordered my new car in April & took delivery in June. Hard was brilliant throughout the whole process, keeping me updated every step of the way with excellent communication & incredibly fast responses to any question I had.

The deal was genuinely unbeatable, and the service definitely exceeded my expectations. They even held the car for a few weeks to fit around the end of my previous lease, which made the whole handover completely stress-free.

Everything was handled professionally, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I'd happily recommend Harj & the team to anyone looking for a lease vehicle, & I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent service from Harj from start to finish.

Friendly, professional and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, worked within my budget, and found exactly the right car for me with a surprisingly quick turnaround.

Communication was great throughout, everything was explained clearly, and any questions were answered promptly. The whole experience felt straightforward and stress-free from start to finish.

I’m absolutely delighted with the car and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Would happily recommend Harj to anyone looking for a new car. No complaints whatsoever.

(Though I may now have unrealistic expectations of customer service going forward.)

First time leasing a car before and its been so easy and stress free. Atul was quick to get in touch and help arrange what I was after, and was on hand for any questions or queries. Equally the car company that delivered the car were also very friendly and great communication throughout. Overall super experience and will be back in 2 years to use you again. Thanks

First time leasing and wont be my last. Atul was ‘on it’ from start to finish, great communicator and saved us a load of money. Car delivered to my office, spotlessly clean. Im recommending him to others.

This was my second car I’ve leased through Lease car Direct, and once again Harjj provided outstanding service from start to finish. He already knew exactly what I was looking for and found me a brilliant deal. Harj always seems able to beat the deals I find online, which means I never feel the need to go elsewhere. No matter the make or model, he has always managed to offer a better price than anything I’ve seen online. He’s professional, helpful, always available for questions, and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Harj and LeaseCar Direct to anyone looking for a great car leasing experience.

Thank you to Harj and Atul. Considering it was my first lease I had a lot of questions and they always came back to my emails very quickly and helped me. They secured me a new car at an unbelievable price. Very happy and will go to them always in the future now.
