Great way to learn history on the go!
I’ve tried a few different educational apps, and Paladin is one of the most interactive ones I've come across. The short, 5-minute lessons are perfect for my schedule. I particularly like the "battles" feature; it adds a nice competitive element that helps me actually retain the information. My only suggestion for the developers would be to add a search function so it's easier to find specific historical figures. Highly recommend it if you want to make learning a habit!

Misleading business practices
Misleading business practices - did not notify in advance of an automatice renewal, did not respond to refund request within cooling off period window. Not compliant with DMCC. A combination of non responsive and unhelpful Custer support. would not recommend this business or app. The topics are limited and mostly war focused, which led to the disengagement from app and unwitting renewal.
EDIT RESPONSE: The cooling off period legally applies to RENEWALS of existing subscriptions. This company is conducting illegal and misleading practices. They are required to pre communicate any renewals (they do not do) and provide a refund within 14 days. I have referred this business to the CMA. The penalty for these practices is 10% of turnover.

Subscription Scam
I don’t even use the app and I got charged $69.99. And what’s worse is that there is not active subscription on the app for me. It says it’s a free account. I don’t see any email communication from them either. I’m not able to get my subscription canceled and get my money back. Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had.
