Cancelled my subscription months ago…
Cancelled my subscription months ago after using the free trial, but it appears i’ve been getting charged $40AUD monthly despite having not used the app in half a year or more. Unsure of how to proceed but i’ll be contacting my bank shortly if this isn’t fixed.

Stop charging me
I canceled LearnPaladin and then canceled the app. They continued to charge me until I made repeated complaints and involved my bank. After 3 months, they attempted to charge me again. Had to resolve that issue. How do they charge without my permission. Yesterday, they set up to charge me again! Talk about fraud! I’m contacting my bank again. DO NOT START THIS APP. I tried the app and decided it was not worth the money, but it automatically renewed for over $40 a month. I cancelled my subscription and deleted the app and have contacted the company multiple times through email. They told me they could not find my name in the data base. And I was just charged $40 again despite me canceling the app and cancelling my subscription.

Their money back guarantee is scammy. They force you to finish 5 lessons even if you’re not happy with the app. And finishing five lessons isn’t easy because there’s a lot of content and there are quizzes.

Refund request not responded
Edit: They reached out to me for the refund and I'm glad to say I have received the refund and am satisfied about their response. Their offer to upgrade the plan is really smart. I hope people who will get most from the app knows this one. I only asked for the refund because it's not for my learning style. I however wish them the best.
I have asked for a refund immediately after the subscription payment for the service not reaching my expectations. But I haven't had a response. They tried to offer me an upgrade with access to all related apps but I don't want the upgrade. I just would like the refund.
