Great service when taking the property but property management is diabolical. The conditions I have been left living in are disgusting! Property manager never calls back. Its taken months to start my repair works which have only been started as environmental health are involved.

Very fast at getting us moved in, but had to lie about saying the area around the house will be tidied before we moved in. Ended up blaming next door neighbor's and telling us the landlord wants to leave the rubbish there as it's not his responsibility, so we need to deal with it ourselves.

My experience was leaders are very very helpful people they look after you like anyone should I had a lady name Sarah she was spectacular. I did everything they asked me it was so simple and the response was fantastic. I would recommend these people to anyone that usually looking to rent or buy a home I’ve give five stars but there was 10 I will give 10. Thank you so much for your help.

From moving in on 08/09/2022 our experience with Leaders has been a living nightmare, we wasn't allowed to view the house and was sent a video tour and now we know why. Every single room is covered in damp which they sneakily hid in the video tour, we was led to believe we was moving into a newly decorated home with no issues. Leaders knew i was 35 weeks pregnant at the time and still allowed me and my boyfriend to move in claiming they didn't realise how bad the house was which was clearly a lie as they'd tried covering it and had people in to touch up all the paint work before we moved in. On arrival every single window had broken seals, covered in mould aswell as the skirting boards having mould allover them aswell. It took us less than 24hrs to realise how bad the damp was after a bad downpour of rain. The attic bedroom has no heat source making it feel like walking into a freezer, water dripping down the back wall and also from the ceiling. The dining room and living room was that saturated in damp the plaster was bubbling and coming off the walls, the bedroom our newborn was expected to live in had damp patches all over the walls and wet through, aswell as the second bedroom being left to get worse and worse no matter how many times we reported it. Leaders have taken no responsibility for any of this and down played it for months. Our baby is now nearly 3 weeks old and they've still done nothing about the growing damp issues in all the bedrooms. We've been given one excuse after another as to why we was allowed to move into such a disgusting home in the first place, when we asked to terminate the contract early due to being mislead into this home we was told that if we did we'd have penalties to pay leaving us stuck in a damp, freezing house with a newborn baby and mould coming back days after cleaning it. We will never rent through leaders again and been declined reduction in rent due to all of these issues. Honestly just avoid at all costs, all they care about is money!!!!

I have had an absolute nightmare with the sale of my property, a whole host of errors made by my mortgage company and a solicitor that was ‘too busy’ to deal with these issues was extremely stressful. Yvonne Cranny my sales manager from Leaders has been my absolute rock through the whole nightmare. Yvonne would call me daily, chase the solicitors on my behalf, keep open honest comms between myself and my buyer and offer constant reassurance. I don’t know how I would have coped if it wasn’t for Yvonne.

Unfortunately 1 star is a star too many, this company are a joke, they do not send legal documents when a new landlord takes over, no they just threaten you with eviction, even though you have no idea the rent has gone up. They ignore emails and calls, if they do reply all they do is pass the buck for someone else to deal who inevitably ignores you. After 6 months i still had not received a new tenancy agreement or signed anything regards a rent increase, then all i get is a charlatan of a landlord threatening me over the phone to pay or he will serve a section 21 order on me....guess what the following day one arrives, then all of a sudden i get an email telling me my landlord has changed and the old agreement is valid, well if thats the case my rent goes up in line with cpi ....which is just over 7% equates to £20 per month, nope lets increase it by £75 a month, then just ignore any legalities.

Unbeliveably ive just opened an email to get the right branch and they are asking for the next 2 months rent already, well guess what, i wont be here, despite the reference you gave me, again full of total lies, nice try !!!!!!.

This company and the way ive been dealt with has been reported to the ombudsman, the landlord has been reported to the council for harassment and countless illegal electrical problems and a broken fire point , but hey money over lives.

Heaven forbid you get Jade as a property manager, clueless, ignores any contact, but emails to ask me for a meter reading , tell you what how about you get off your backside, come and get it and do your job, she gets reported to her senior Robyn who is as bad, fobs it off, lies and buries her head in the sand, new manager of Sheffield branch Becky has learned well, she does the same.

On the whole an awful company, full of liars and law dodging pretenders, at least Dick Turpin wore a mask........avoid at all costs.

Please don't give me a generic reply of oh we are sorry and actually use the phrase Customer care team....you lot wouldn't know Customer care if it walked up to you and introduced itself....shameful.

We found Louise very knowledgable and informative about the current housing market, the process from booking a valuation through to instruction was very professional and thorough.

Leaders managed to sell our house where others failed BUT they recommended we use their solicitors because our sale and purchase would go much smoothly and quicker, What a mistake that was!!
They couldn't have refered us to any worser solicitors possible. If it wasn't for our sales progression manager Yvonne Cranny we would have pulled out. Fortunately Yvonne was the only hope of us getting through the entire disastrous mess of how the solicitors handled our sale and purchase, they even had Yvonne lost for words with how unprofessional they was.
