Good reponse time over email
I was enquiring about a property after branch hours and I quickly recieved a response from Selwyn at the Forest Hill branch. He answered my questions and sent me a video tour of the flat.

I’ve been working with Selwyn
I’ve been working with Selwyn, James and Lillie as a landlord for some years, and they manage my property portfolio on my behalf. Their service has been consistently professional, reliable, and well organised.
Communication is clear and timely, whether it’s regarding tenant matters, maintenance issues, or compliance requirements. They handle day-to-day management efficiently, which gives me confidence that my properties are being looked after properly and that tenants are well supported.
I particularly value their proactive approach and attention to detail, as well as their knowledge of the local rental market. It makes managing a portfolio far less stressful knowing everything is in capable hands.
I would happily recommend them to other landlords looking for a dependable and professional managing agent.

Long term customer
I,ve been with Leaders in Lewisham ( formerly Oak Estates) for over 35 years. I originally bought my property through them and they have been my letting / management agents for the past 20 years.
Obviously over that time there have been a few ups and downs. However, there are some standout staff who have been diligent, supportive and ever helpful. Namely, Lucy Kennedy, and Hardeep Gill. They are responsive, reliable and communicate well.
