We have nothing but positive reviews to leave for this company. Since we started the process all steps have been simple and stress free. Now we are settled any maintenance issues are resolved very quickly. We are very lucky to have a young lady called Mahema act as our property manager. She is always on the end of the phone if we need her and can’t resolve any issue we raise quick enough. Thank you for all your hard work Mahema. It hasn’t gone in noticed :)

Had the pleasure of working with Kim for the rental of our home in the UK. She was excellent from start to finish. From first enquiry, she made sure nothing was too much effort and was extremely efficient. Her knowledge of the market and process was superb. Would highly recommend!

Leaders Bromsgrove is amazing! Special thanks to Kim, who helped rent a flat in just a week’s time (!) and the whole process was really smooth and trouble-free! Lydia was really very welcoming and helpful with the move in - she was there every step of the way and even helped carry a big parcel up two flights of stairs where the flat was! Highly recommend!

I went to Leaders looking to rent in a completely unfamiliar area (to follow a job). Kim was really friendly and knowledgeable about the area which was very reassuring. She got me a viewing in a property that met all my requirements before it went onto the public domain which meant I secured it with no competition. Couldn't be happier :)

It’s been a while since we have been in private renting, we was surprised with how different the process is to years ago and how difficult it can be, compared when we last was in private rented accommodation. We have for weeks been trying to find a suitable property for our family through many different agents and came up against full lists or nothing available. We happened to be in Bromsgrove by chance and decided to go in to Leaders, we was greeted by Kim who immediately made us feel welcome and went through our details and what we was looking for. She listened intently and was able to offer us a new property to the market, that she felt would be suitable for our family. She acted quickly and efficiently after taking all our circumstances into account, our application was put forward. She was great at communicating throughout the process keeping us updated and feeling reassured the whole time. Our experience couldn’t have been better! We would definitely recommend Leaders as a property agent for anyone looking to rent the service we received was consistent throughout.

What can I say about Leaders? Nothing but fantastic. All the staff are awesome especially Kim and Libbi. Both of them kept me updated with every new update for my move. Extremely polite and efficient. Nothing was a problem for any of the staff. Thank you to all of you for everything.

Myself and my boyfriend have just rented our first place with leaders. From the first enquiry phone call right up until now the service has been excellent! All of our questions have been answered promptly! A special mention to Kim and Jess. We had a bit of stress regarding our referencing but Kim was at the end of the phone and tried her best to sort it out for us, and she did - we couldn’t be more grateful! They’ve both been amazing and we are so excited to move in!

Called about a property on rightmove, I got through to Jess who was really friendly & helped me with the questions I asked her. She also called me to let me know when another property was available that she thought I’d be interested in! Although the property wasn’t right for me I’ll definitely be looking to Leaders for a place to rent after the pleasant & personal experience I have had so far :)

Working in China and being unable to travel has left me with no alternative but to rent out my apartment in the UK. I emailed all the leading estate agents in my area and explained my situation. Only Leaders responded back to me. Since our first contact, the service has been exceptional, with constant communication and expert advice. I thought that trying to arrange everything to get my apartment ready for rental would have been a nightmare, it has not been thanks to Kim and her team. Highly reccomended.
