Leaders - Bromsgrove Bewertungen 

This is my first time moving into my own place and leaders were the best Estate Agents. I tried using Oakmans and Dundelin to no success as there communication is subpar to say the least. From the moment I chose to view my property to the moving in date I had clear, concise communication with my Estate agent Aimee, she even helped me with sorting out my references when I failed to understand what was being asked of me. Overall a 10/10 experience and i will be telling every and anyone to use Leaders.

Unfortunately this has to be a review of complaint !!
I have been a good Tenant for over 5years & taken care of the Landlords property very well & improved his property also. I’ve never given Leaders any issues whatsoever…

But Sadly I have been most shocked & disappointed by the way a tenant is treated after they have been issued a notice to leave from Leaders.
The customer care stopped & the lack of communication & correspondence was shocking ,
There was no acknowledgement of anything or reassurances
From their Customer care Team or the person percifictly dealing with this situation..

Sadly I will not return back to Leaders after being treated so shabbily .

Given notice to leave is already a very stressful time for us all
Without the added stress of constantly Trying to get acknowledgement or a response back from Leaders office team on matters that was of importance..

A competent and professional team that assisted with our application until the move was complete. Aimee was great; and the whole team helped out to make it as smooth of a transition as possible.

Aimee has been supportive throughout my time with leaders so far. After showing me a property, Aimee supported me with the application process and communicated with me promptly. As I am not a technology person, Aimee has helped me through using the portal and making payments. So far the service has been excellent.

We had a great experience with Holly on our viewing and the entire renting process, she was really quick to respond to questions and was very professional aswell. I confidently recommend

Holly showed us around a property and was very professional and polite throughout the entire process. She made sure she kept us up to date throughout everything, would recommend!

Me and a friend had plenty of viewings yesterday, with one including a property that was being rented out via this estate agent. We were greeted at the property by Holly, who I have to say was excellent at her job.

I would say the majority of estate agents we met with the difference between others and our experience with Holly was night and day. She was very talkative, made you feel comfortable with asking questions and made casual conversation whilst we filled out the forms which made her stand out against other estate agents (from other agencies). She was very professional and had an answer for any questions we asked without the need of any notes.

The property was excellent but, admittedly, the professionalism and how Holly was during our viewing made us feel comfortable with proceeding with renting a property through Listers, giving us that extra assurance that this property was right and Listers were the right estate agency to go through.

The communication with her since the viewing has been extremely quick and very thorough, which has helped massively.

Overall, a great impression from her on behalf of Listers, who I will definitely be recommending friends to consider if looking to rent or purchase a property.

Everybody that I have interacted with especially Holly Leek at the Bromsgrove office have been friendly and very helpful.

Aimee Taylor at Leaders Bromsgrove was really helpful in setting up my new tenancy agreements and making sure as a landlord I had everything in place that was required.

I loved working with Leaders. We had two houses to put on the market, and the team did absolutely everything to make sure that everything went smoothly. They were very understanding, supportive and proactive.

Our new home was secured on the same day as our call to Leaders by Holly and she provided first hand assistance to guide us through the whole process. We would recommend their services.

The worst esate agents I've ever come across. They rip you off, they don't get work done that's been needing urgent attention and fixing for over a year. And Alice Gladd likes to open mail that's addressed to tenants (criminal offence) so she needs to quit and be jailed. Would not recommend these at all unless you're looking for an estate agency that have no clue what they're doing and just want to screw you over. They make fake accounts to put good reviews too. Sad sad agency.
