When one application didn't proceed they helped find another property and sorted everything out for me. Contracts need careful reading
I just want to advise landlords to read their Leaders contracts really carefully. They have a clause which they believe enables them to continue acting as managing agent when the landlord has given notice. This is a specific Leaders clause.
This includes warning tenants to stop using gas appliances 6 months after Leaders stopped being the managing agent.
