Great service, knowledgeable and efficient. My lawn is looking amazing. Referred a number of family and friends.

Ian and the Lawnmaster team have been looking after our lawns for a number of years now. They are always on time, willing to offer advice and very thorough. We get a number of compliments from passing people about the lawns and some of the credit must go to Lawnmaster.

My weed-ridden, mossy, patchy grass has been transformed, thanks to the Oxford team. It didn’t happen overnight, but with their expertise I now have a lush, healthy lawn which is much more resistant to whatever the weather throws at it. They are unfailingly reliable, very knowledgable and always willing to offer advice during their regular visits. No hesitation in recommending these masters of the lawn!

Huge thanks to Colin, Ian, and Jenny from Lawnmasters for the fantastic job they did on our lawn. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.

They carried out scarification, seeding, top dressing, and applied a leatherjacket treatment — and the results speak for themselves. The grass has never looked better; it’s lush, green, and healthy. You can really tell the care and expertise they put into their work.

Highly recommend Lawnmasters to anyone looking to bring their lawn back to life. Brilliant service and even better results! Shame I can’t add pictures

I have had Adam from Lawnmaster attend to lawn over the last few years. The service has been great. Adam turns up when he says he will, does a very effective application of treatment, including aeration once a year, the results have been very good. His suggestions upon his quarterly visit have been great and have helped general improvement. Highly recommended, thank you.

Unfortunately this company seems to be dropping in standards of lawn care and customer service. I paid for overseeding which failed, they came out to have another look twice but gave no follow up information. I have shared photos and the company have blamed birds, a different operative and now the weather.
I tried for 6 weeks to resolve and have a 50% balance to pay for the failed service which they are insisting i pay.
It’s a shame as this company, until recently was good.

I would say this robot lawnmower is FANTASTIC .
I have a fairly large lawn and was dubious that it would not cope well . Great job !!!

Ce robot est parfait pour ma pelouse en 2 parties 70 m2 et 90 m2 … il à fait parfaitement le job.. il était vendu avec 2 batteries ce qui très important cat il va travailler pendant 3 heures sur chaque partie. Ce qui permet de recharger l’autre batterie rapidement en 1 heure. Autonomie batterie environ 2h 30 … il évite tous les obstacles, repère les endroits sans pelouse pour les éviter… tonte aléatoire sur pelouse non accidentée …voila il est top top et retop.. une fois terminé on le rentre dans son garage après l’avoir nettoyé un peu …

We have paid Lawn Master for many years and our lawn looks terrible - worse than ever ! All Lawn Master at Steventon offer are excuses about the weather. We feel we have just been throwing good money after bad and so we have now ended our contract

Until a few months ago, we had a technician who handled the recommended and regular grass treatments. He was thorough, always knocking first to discuss the treatment plan and inspecting the grass before applying any products. Unfortunately, he left, and since then, the service has gone downhill.

The new technician (or technicians) never knock or assess the grass beforehand—they just apply the treatment and leave. On the last visit, he and a colleague were here for barely two minutes. Even though it’s winter, the grass is in the worst condition it has been in six years, yet there’s no discussion about what can be done to improve it.

I’m seriously considering switching to another company.

You sent Keith he saw the lawn and agreed it was a mess, but the ultimate decision was down to head office who said they wouldn’t do anything,Please don’t try and come over as Responsible Respectable Company as you are far from that.😤😤😤😤😤

Treatment didn’t work !! Reported in December 2024 Keith didn’t return till February 2025, We had 1 Failed appointment in January 2025, On Keith’s return he could clearly see something had gone wrong, and explained it was raining that day when he treated the Lawn. He advised Head Office would be in contact (Oh No) but due to the time that had lapsed Lawn master refused to do Anything I explained that it was raining, the woman explained that was out of their control!!! this was down to Lawn Master and the lack of them being able to manage there appointments days and times. The Customer service is absolutely Appalling Her Attitude was not good, and she is certainly No Asset to the Company,
£ 400 for 1 treatment that was useless. Save your money.

We did cancel in December 2024 due to the Lawn being no healthier than Prior the treatments

Try as you will to try and discredit my claims, I stand by what I have written, read through what you have written what is the point in having a treatment that only lasts for a few days!! We rang to inform you before the date you have written.
It appears you are taking money for services that if the weather isn’t suitable your products won’t work!!
Where Green Thumb rearrange to a suitable date.

Since taking over the maintenance and care of our lawns, Steven Brymer and his team that look after Fife and the East Neuk have worked miracles and wonders. In well under a year they have done what our previous company could not in the two years prior; they have given us a lawn we are proud of. The only thing better than the results is the service. Nothing is too much trouble and Stevie and his team are always more than happy to help and explain what they are doing and planning. We cannot recommend them highly enough. First class.

Lawn Master (West Sussex) have been caring for our lawns for 14 years now. We have always been very impressed with the quality of their work and the products they use to keep our lawn looking immaculate. So much so people often comment on our lush, carpet-like lawns! I have been using Lawn Master Sussex since 2019. With their various treatments, my dreadful front and back “grassed” areas were quickly transformed into weed free, lush lawns. Having two large lawns that mainly consisted of clumps of weeds especially in dry weather we asked Lawn Master Sussex to see what they could do. The change has just got to be seen, the lawns are now a perfect lush green with not a weed in sight. They arrive periodically to weed and feed plus all the other treatments a lawn needs. They are reliable, friendly and reasonable. Highly recommended.

Lawn Master (West Sussex) have been treating our lawn for 2 to 3 years and we have gone from something full of weeds, clover and leatherjackets to a very lush and green grassy lawn. We would thoroughly recommend them especially as you only payment for the treatment you have, there are no ongoing monthly charges.

Lawnmaster Brechin have been looking after our lawn for many years. We had an area of couch grass which Andy and his time eradicated and re-seeded and now it’s growing really well. Many thanks to all involved. Would definitely recommend Lawnmaster.

My lawns were covered with leather jackets and some kind of grass moss which was ruining the soil with weeds popping up, thought I would have to relay but at a fraction of the price lawn master Sussex have brought it back to life, no weeds no leather jackets looks absolutely amazing. Great company, easy to talk too and very helpful with advice. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. G Claxton.
