Worried about using another large company, but excellent service so far. Highly recommended.

Great support, great customer service the lawn looks good for this time of the year and I just managed the first cut.
I can heartily recommend this company.

I’ve used Lawnmaster for around three years, the guy was reliable and friendly, then out of the blue we received a letter saying he had been replaced. I spoke to the new guy’s wife who confirmed the date of the next appointment and the scope of the works. I made sure I was going to be at home (this meant changing work schedules) I then received a call 24 hrs prior to the appointment telling me they’d overbooked and would not be attending.
We made another date (but they refused to give an ETA although the previous guy always did) they did turn up but failed to bring the required machine, claiming they were unaware of the need for it despite me confirming this during my initial conversation. The operative also seemed to be confused about the difference between aeration and scarifying. On their second visit they still did not bring the correct equipment, this time I was told they were unaware of the need as they wait until the client tells them it’s necessary!!! I should also mention that this time it was the franchisee that attended and that I have spoken to him about my wish to have the treatment carried out at an additional cost of £75
To be clear I’ve had three discrete conversations about the lawn needing this treatment.
Why am I paying a “specialist” £25 per session for me to be the arbiter of when a treatment is required? I’m more than capable of spreading a fiver’s worth of fertilisers/weed killer every three months.
When I checked with Lawnmaster’s HQ I was informed that the aeration treatment in question is part and parcel of the annual plan and that when franchises are given existing contracts they are given a copy of the agreed plan. I gave Lawnmaster two chances to call me before I placed this review, needless to say they haven’t bothered.
The irony that the first franchisee was replaced because of lack of service isn’t lost on me.
I’ve given a competitor the contract, should I be concerned that the present incumbent doesn’t claim to be the third under grounds man for Chelsea FC or a series of third rate golf clubs? Only time will tell

Really excellent service. Easy to deal with company. We pay after you have each treatment completed. Just had the winter moss killer protection. Would recommend them.

We tried to sow a lawn ourselves - disaster - with Lawn Master Ian Stephens help we now have a lawn that is growing and getting greener and better day by day and week by week- highly recomend and we (and the lawn) look forward to Ian's regular visits to give the lawn its treatments

I cant recommend this company enough. After spending years (and a lot of money) trying to get my lawn up to a decent standard, I was told about lawnmaster and decided to give them a try. After only a couple of treatments my lawn improved beyond my expectations and within a year it looks good enough to feature in a gardening magazine. The team are polite and friendly and always on time. Matts lawn care advice is great - he clearly knows his stuff. Wish I’d started using them years ago!

My lawn has never looked better since Lawnmaster has taken over the care of it! It really stands out from all my neighbors. I have been using Lawnmaster now for a good few months and they have been amazing. I am really pleased with the results and their customer service is first class.

I had my existing lawn redone by Lawn master and I have to say it was a huge disappointment. Their employee for my area which is Reading carried out the work in September last year. The grass never germinated and weeds kept coming back. After sending him several emails, he came and did remedial work which did not work either. He demanded extra money although I had already paid him around £600. Complained to head office but they were very unsympathetic. They declined my request of somebody coming to see the state of my lawn. Their employee for Reading blamed me for his incompetency saying I cut the grass too soon ( which I did not). I am furious that after spending that much money, they have left my lawn in this condition. Poor work poor customer service. Don't waste your money on this terrible company.

We have used the team at Lawnmaster in Basingstoke for quite some time. They are a diligent and honest company that have done a good job of doing our lawn.

The turn up on time every time and know more about grass and growing it than anyone else I have ever met!

We trust them and have a great lawn now.

I use Richard Dalmas in Slough and his team. I noticed the two bad reviews below. From a disgruntled customer allegidly who then became an employee. Remarkable that. After his bad experience he then got a job and worked for you for many years too..
Maybe you never worked at Weybrook Park my old golf course or Basingstoke and Newbury GC after all.
Lawnmaster must really be worrying your competitors to have them make stuff up like this about you. Very desperate measures spring to mind.. They at the least need to remember what they lied about in the previous post. So funny..

This company lies. This does not come with rapid load. If you want it. It will cost you $19.99 plus shipping and handling. What a rip off. The video on you tube its all lies. I spend 200.00 dollars on it now they want more of my money. I am not happy. No i will not buy a nother Lawn Master product.

I cannot comment on their service or workmanship as they havn't contacted me. I completed an online request which I have confirmed with the local agent has been received. I was told I would be contacted the following day.
3 days later still no contact so rang again. Got the answerphone which said they would ring back.
3 days later still no contact.
Despite their video saying that customer service is second to none I do not consider that this is correct.
How many more chances does a company deserve.

I couldn't be happier with the quality of work that has been carried out by Lawnmaster (Weald, Kent). 40 days ago I had what can only be described as a barren wasteland and now it looks like Buckingham Palace (Wish I could share a photo). I wanted someone with a green thumb but in the end, what I really needed was a Lawnmaster and that's exactly what I got. Looking forward to continued treatments.

Very well organised company and easy contactable even in such difficult times.
I have kept my part with the watering and the lawns are on the way to looking the best on my road.
Great job.
