The clothes look so nice online, however they are cheap clothes from China. The front of my dress was longer than the back.
When I requested a refund they advised shipping will cost me over $30 to return to China. I’d rather buy from SHEIN, they at least take returns with no problems.
When I pushed back they offered me a $19 credit and keep the dresses, then they offered a 30% credit and my current offer is a 60% credit. Still fighting….

BUYER BE WARE!!! Read the fine print on return policy before purchase. I got stung and was only offered 30% for a returned dress. Too costly to return items to China.

Love the shoes and company kept me informed about shipping.

Perhaps buyer beware and I should have read these reviews before purchasing. This company purports to be in Charleston, SC...they are in fact in China. They do not have actual customer service. I purchased two dresses, and spent well over $100. Based on their sizing chart, I purchased an XL. The clothing arrived, no tags inside, made of what looks like acetate. At BEST this size is a small or medium. I requested a refund, they told me it would be $37 to ship it oversees and then later I'd get my refund. I've searched throughout and I can't find the actual store that they say exists in Charleston. Their Facebook page appears to be fake pictures. I've reported them to Facebook as well. All I want is my money back. Please do not buy from this company.

The sandals did not fit me. I wanted to return them. They offered to exchange it for another size which would not work and then they told me the return would be costly due to high shipping prices back to China and I ended up getting eight dollars refund and keeping a product which did not fit me. Photographs on the website look like there is a physical store in presumably Charleston. I did not see any fine printabout shipping to China.. I find these very misleading practices and will never order from them again.

Do not buy from this site. The sandals I bought we cheaply made with no structure. They feel like they were made from a pool noodle foam. The color was nowhere near what was pictured on the site. I asked for a full refund and was required to send the product back at my expense to receive a full refund. Since the sandals would need to be shipped back to China I settled for a partial refund way below what I paid.

Terrible! Sandals arrived with a stain on the strap. Was told to try and clean the stain with soap and water. Didn't work. Was then told I would have to pay to ship them back to China. Finally negotiated a 50% refund back to my credit card. Day 11 and still waiting…

Very positive. Received 2 items out of 3 that did not fit. They replaced them without issue. My only negative comment is how long it takes to receive items.

This is a scam company. You can tell by the website. The model has the same stance and sunglasses in each picture. The site also states Anniversary sale ends tonight, it says that every day. The dress I ordered was low quality and I was going to return. They make you return to China at your own expense. They only offered to give me 30% of my price paid and keep the dress. I tried to find their business, there is no listing of a business call Laura and Linda. Total scam. Do not fall for it.

Every response has been cordial and extremely supportive. I ordered a pair of sandals that didn’t fit properly and the exchange could not have been easier. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Buyer Beware. The dresses I thought were cute and reasonably priced were very cheaply made (as in not even an actual hem and very cheap fabric. It will cost me $37 to ship them back OR I can spend $37 to get more cheap crap and keep the original crap. What a deal!

Fake! Horrible quality….return policy is take 30% refund or ship to China.

I did get my order, albeit quite a delay. Now I want to return two of the items and am not getting any response. Lesson learned. Google any company you're not familiar with. It does appear I either got scammed or the company is very disorganized.

I had a good experience with this order. The product arrived as described and feels comfortable enough for everyday use. Shipping wasn't the fastest, but everything arrived in good condition. I'd consider ordering again.

I have tried to contact this business to find out the procedure for a return. I have sent several emails over the last few days and - I have not been contacted. I’m extremely disappointed - also there is no phone number for customer service.

This company makes you think they are in Charleston S.C. but they are a company out of China. Communication is awful and item takes forever to get.
When I finally received my item it was the wrong color. I have not been able to get anyone to get back to me on returning the item and crediting my account. I would not buy from them again. Please beware and check reviews on companies that pretend they are in the US but are not.

This merchandise is very, very cheap. One dress I bought almost felt like a thin plastic material. Another was in a size small but was about 4 sizes too big. The merchandise is sent from China and it took over two weeks for delivery. To return an item you need to send it back to China!!!!! Hardly worth it. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company. Also, don’t be fooled by the huge discounted price. Probably only costs about $4 to make.
I absolutely ordered from this company. I ended up taking a 30% credit rather than sending back the merchandise. The dress will be donated to charity. It fits like a sack.

This is a scam! The clothes look nothing like what was advertised. My suspicion peaked when it took 4 weeks for an expedited shipment from Charleston, SC, to Atlanta, GA. The fabric is thin and poorly stitched. The label says made in China.
