Foolproof ordering, great service
Ordering is foolproof as the website is very clear about which battery is required for a specific computer including the difference between one and two hard drives. Delivery was prompt and the packaging sturdy and intact.
The pricing is good at less than half the cost of the original. My experience with generic batteries is that lifespan in compatible with original and sometimes a little better than OEM. Will have to wait 3 years to see.
The installation process is easy, however clear instructions are also provided in the email notification.
Tools are also provided.
Thanks for great service.

Quick and easy checkout with quick delivery. Had to expand one of the mounting holes on the battery, other than that, perfect fit! Exact specs otherwise. Will definitely keep this site as a favourite.

Sparked Fire after 2 months!
I replaced my original Razer battery to extend the operating time but after installing this battery it ignited in the chassis after less than 3 months with standard use. The fans stopped running and moments later I saw a small fire in the machine and white smoke from the fans. I had to run outside immediately and leave it. I really wish this wasn't the case, and thankfully the motherboard wasn't damaged. I now use it without a battery, and disposed of that one immediately. I also spoke to my local PC store and they have bought non OEM batteries before multiple times for customers and they say they also only lasted a matter of months. I would never do again based on the electrical fire - which could of happened when I was away from home! My Pets might have been caught in a fire and house gone up. NOT a fake review.

Excellent
Quite happy, i got both batteries. They probably aren't the official ThinkPad ones, but if they cost quite a bit less and do the job, i am more than happy. Amazing that there is still a market for affordable laptops spare parts.
I hope you can keep up your business!
Edit: They even gave me 2 screwdrivers and tools to open up the laptop! Excellent!
