My Thinkpad T480 only had the external hot-swappable battery so I bought an internal one as well to increase its performance. The battery arrived quickly, 2 days later, and it has transformed the machine. After its initial charge, the battery analyser test reports its health as 100%, so I’m very happy I made this upgrade. Buy with confidence. Highly recommended.

Purchased this AolsteCell battery as a replacement battery for my Dreame H12 wet/dry vacuum. The battery arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It’s an exact match for the original (21.6V) but comes with an upgraded 5000mAh capacity, meaning my vacuum now lasts even longer on a single charge than it did when it was new! No issues with fitment or the connectors. Highly recommend this seller for quality replacement batteries!

Battery fits just like the original Dell battery that was removed. The battery came with the tools needed to get to the old battery out, and install the new one. My purchase was dispatched promptly, and arrived via courier in a strong quality cardboard box. This was the first time I had bought a replacement battery not from Dell. The new battery works, and my confidence in it is growing. The savings was worth it. Thank you.

$120, only lasted a year
I spent $120 on a samsung vacuum battery. Whilst my original battery is still going after 5 years this one failed just after 12 months. And i mean failed like it wont even turn on. Very expensive for 12 months. All they responded with was that as it was over 12 months they're not willing to help at all (they offered 10% off a new one - why would I?). These batteries are obviously cheap rubbish with a mark up where you might expect you are paying for better quality. Avoid

Dear Customer:
Thank you for sharing your experience. We are deeply sorry to learn that your battery stopped working after more than a year of use.
We would like to clarify that your order was placed in November 2024, which is beyond our 12-month warranty period. Our warranty policy is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Therefore, we regret that we will be unable to provide free replacement or repair services after the warranty period expires.
We understand this may disappoint you. Out of goodwill, our customer service team offered you a discount on a new battery replacement, but we understand you ultimately decided not to accept this offer.
We respect your decision, but we would also like to clarify that the battery being out of warranty does not mean we consider the product to be of poor quality. Battery life varies depending on usage, charging habits, operating conditions, and frequency of use.
Our warranty terms are publicly available on our website and apply to all customers.
We apologize that the product did not meet your expectations, and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
Sincerely,
laptopbatterydirect.com.au Team
Battery works well
Battery works well. No compatibility issues and 1 year warranty is reassuring. Good communication and quick delivery. Would be helpful to know that the battery ships with tools which is handy. Installation was somewhat fiddly because the battery does not come with the connector cables so you have to taken them off the original battery which does not match with Dell's online 3D model instructions.

The battery was a perfect fit. The delivery was good. It was a nice touch having tools supplied with battery. Be aware to take any warning about skills required to replace batteries before purchasing. Mine was a Bose Revolve battery and it needs soldering expertise to install.

Beware international fees.
While I'm glad to have a working laptop battery now, it was very frustrating to be charged an international fee on my card when buying from an Australian .com.au website and in AUD. I don't think it was made clear that you use an overseas processor. Had I known I would have used another card and avoided the fee.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear your replacement battery is working well, but sorry to learn the unexpected transaction fee caused frustration.
We understand how disappointing it can be to incur an international fee when purchasing from an Australian website and paying in AUD. We appreciate you raising this and have passed your feedback on internally so we can review how payment information is communicated more clearly during checkout.
Depending on the payment method and financial provider, some options such as PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay may help reduce or avoid additional international transaction fees in certain cases.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Feedback like this helps us improve the overall purchasing experience.
