I have ordered and payed laptop battery more than 35 days ago.
Still have not beeen delivered. Customer service don't know where is my battery. I want my money back!

I ordered two batteries
I ordered two batteries:
1. 7.6V 64Wh battery for Dell 5TF10
2. 14.8V 58Wh battery for Dell F7HVR
The battery listed as number 2 arrived, but the other one did not. It was stated that the shipments were split, but the second one never arrived.

Package lost, but excellent customer support & resolution
This is my second order from this seller—my first experience was excellent, with delivery completed in under a week. However, this time around has been completely different.
I ordered a laptop battery exactly one month ago, and the item still hasn't arrived. The tracking number provides incoherent updates, and when I contacted support, I was told the seller is on vacation.
Before buying, think twice about whether you will actually receive what you ordered and paid for.
UPDATE:
The seller reached out to clarify that the package was unfortunately lost at customs. They apologized and offered either a full refund or a replacement sent with priority. Since I still need the item, I opted for a reshipment.
I appreciate the prompt resolution and clear communication once they checked the issue. Adjusting my rating to reflect the good customer service in resolving the problem—hoping the new package arrives smoothly this time.

Preporučujemo da izvršite nekoliko ciklusa punjenja i pražnjenja kako biste pravilno kalibrirali novu bateriju. I tested the battery, and it works. It was calibrated from the start and seems to hold the capacity under load.
