Quick and easy Dell replacement
Bought a 7FMXV 15.2V 63Wh replacement battery for Dell Latitude 7320. It came quicker than expected (2days) and was cheapest price anywhere. I liked that I got updates and an email with instructions about how to install it. That was unexpected. Very pleased. Started without a hitch.

Beware foreign transaction costs
I specifically looked for an Australian company based on delivery from within Australia. But they are not! My payment went to a HK company, and I got stung a foreign transaction fee. Beware! Otherwise delivery was quick and efficient

Surface Book 1 battery purchase
Bought the Surface Book 1 screen battery. I am impressed with the tracking, and the notifications for my order. It was well packaged and came with some tools to pry and unscrew. This is my second purchase as my first was the base battery which is still holding strong.

Misleading "1 Year Warranty" policy
Their policy of "We offer 12 months warranty on our all batteries! During this period, if your battery fails, we will replace your battery with a new one." which is plastered on the main page is misleading. Be very aware of their "Tiered Warranty Coverage" before you purchase. The battery I purchased suffered a major failure within 12 months and the customer representative would only offer me a partial rebate off my next purhase.

Competitive pricing, great packaging and fast delivery. I am very inexperienced with replacing my own laptop batteries, but got it done for less than $100 instead of purchasing a new laptop for $1500. Very happy with my purchase, and will definitely use this supplier again.
