I think something has happened to them because I have ordered before and I received all my orders in time and good quality and tasty meat but I placed another order December 20th 2024 expecting quicker delivery cause I did first class but no any delivery update or whatsoever I sent the email but no response from them or phone calls or messages. I request refund from PayPal but it 3 weeks to get my refund. I think they need to let customers know or close the website than jut taking peoples money.

Do not patronise this business.

This business is ran by a racist man who repeatedly shows his contempt for black people, include his repeated used of the n word. While he loves to hide behind his black wife, he loves to profit off our business while clearly disliking us for merely existing.

The meat itself from what I saw was fine, though having seen pictures from his shop I wouldn't have ordered due to the disgusting hygiene practices.

Delivery was extremely slow despite promises. Overall would not recommend.

I ordered meat for almost £300 on the 9th of November 24 and till date l have not received anything. My money gone and no response from the customer service team. I used them before and they delivered and I did not know that their service has gone bad . They ruined my Christmas because I bought so much for Christmas. Please pay me back money because it’s going for two months now and I want my money back. I will not stop till I get my money back. People who don’t understand business are the worst shame . If you can’t deliver pay back the money , £300 is a lot to loose and l will go far for my money. Please don’t buy from them , I wish l read the reviews before buying.

Last year I did shopping, and they send me my purchase. This year I did again and.... my order never come to me, I try to contact them on the phone, on the email, on the WhatsApp many times... no answer....they just take money and disappeared...
NOT recommended, don't send money, better to use other shop, there have a lot...

The owner is being racist on twitter and this does not augur well for the business which relies mainly on the black population from Zimbabwe. You begin to wonder if that level of hatred will not escalate into something malicious.

I would like to put less than one star, I made my order online and estimated delivery was 4 days but I never heard anything back. After reaching out over and over, I have had to pursue a refund through my bank and disputes process. I can't believe this company is still in business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. All of this has ruined my Christmas plans this year. Avoid at all costs.

Very bad customer service, No communication

I placed my order on 24 November, sent a message on their Wtsapp line,tried calling no response. Today is 27 December and I haven’t even received any communication from them. Their website is also closed with my money. What a bad Christmas I had with no meat for my family. Don’t waste time and money on this company.

Terrible company. If only I read reviews here first I wouldn't have ordered. It took more than a week for my order. Only confirmation that they received my order, then nothing on when it was dispatched. I wrote them email twice asking where my order was... no reply.

Why did you not send my meat? I ordered it on the 31st of October, I have been calling no response. How will I get my money back £170.

Please could you confirm when my order #9685 on 11 November 2024 will be delivered to me. Payment of £54.12 has been taken from my bank account as of 12 November 2024. Your website says delivery is 1-3 days. You have me down as standard delivery and it's now 20 November 2024, yet no update on my purchase and no goods delivered to me. I called your telephone numbers posted on your website 01536856539 which said I can't leave a message because it's full. I then called this WhatsApp number +447822012670 as provided, again with no response. The voice message on your WhatsApp number said you prefer to be contacted on that number which I diligently did, still I wasn't getting anywhere with KwaJahman Fresh and Frozen Butchers. What the heck is going on? Good customer relations will have it that you keep your customers informed if there happened to be delays or whatever problems with their food order purchased and paid for. Show some respect to your customers! Quick to take the money but not so quick in answering telephone calls or emails from customers concerned about their purchase. You stated standard delivery for my purchase...yet when I queried this on your Website automated chat...it said 1-3 days...so I assume your standard delivery is 3 days. It's now 10 days and I am still waiting...no update from KwaJahman yet you've collected my payment. Disappointed is an understatement, and to Disrespect your customers in this manner is despicable. I know exactly what I have to do to get my payment back. You can keep all the things I bought and you won't see me buying from you ever. This was my first purchase with KwaJahman and I think there are excellent butchers out there who will value my custom more, than this experience narrated here. Effective Communication with Customers enhances business profits and growth. Be open to your Customers.

Ordered matumbu, mazondo and steak, and my honest review 😋, the meat was tasty and of good quality. I highly recommend kwaJahman, their quality 👌

I have ordered their meat and l can say on quality is top notch @Kwajahman all the way.

If I could give zero stars I would . Absolutely abysmal services it’s been two weeks since order placed . I wish I had seen these reviews and not placed the order
Terrible customer services

Seems the owner is sick so we heard. Service is now sick as well. Used to be a 2 rating now a negative 5. Dont waste your money here

Absolutely awful service. Don't buy from them. 7 days after placing an order they contacted only in response to my query, to tell me that they would send the delivery 2 days later. They are unprofessional and don't understand good customer care. Order number 9586

Awful experience received my goods six days after ordering. To make it worse some items were missing and some of the meat had gone off which I discovered during preparation and we had to throw it away. It's been a week after saying they will compensate or send missing items. Will never order from them again.

Delivery is slow for a "fresh" food shop.Customer service thinks this a the dark ages.I requested for cancellation with the hopes I can retry ordering when it's convenient but no refund only when I made a follow-up was I insulted ,clearly shouted at and harassed.

You ordered on a Friday! That is weekend. You were refunded on the weekend!!! It takes 3 working days to go through. Secondly your bank won't be contacting anyone.
You have been refunded & it will hopefully reflect in your bank account today!!!!
Thirdly if you ever have any trouble with ANY online payment it's called a CHARGE BACK! You contact your bank to do a CHARGE BACK!
So please be patient as you were the one who made & canceled the order!
