Pessima experiencia por enquanto. Fiz uma encomenda no dia 4 de outubro, onde mandei vir 7 produtos. Hoje, dia 7 de Outubro foi-me entregue apenas um que nem constava na lista de produtos encomendados. Contactei com o apoio ao cliente, espero obter uma solução rapidamente.

Edit: Depois de receber um email bem educado onde foi reconhecido o erro e explicado que iria ter uma solução até 9 de Outubro, nunca mais obtive resposta a não ser uma chuva de insultos grosseiros.

Portanto neste momento, fui chamada de todos os nomes, tenho menos 145,93eur na conta e sou proprietária de um produto que não pedi. Não recomendo.

The same scenario as the person below - they took the money and then requested a passport copy for custom purposes. Total nonsense. I deal with international packages all the time, and none ask for such information. When I mentioned the cyber scam unit of the Spanish police they stated they will cancel the order and issue a refund. Total nonsense again. The email is just typed by them and there is no actual refund happening.
Instead of contacting the US department, contact the Spanish police - via phone, email and there's even an online form. They have a specific unit focused on such scammers who are in reality identity thieves. I filed a complaint and spoke to someone there. If you could do the same - those that were scammed - then that means no one else would have to go through what we went through and no one would be scammed by them.
Btw, when they knew that I was on to them, they disabled my login and their site's password reset has been disabled. Cowards.
PS. To the owner or loser CEO who might respond to this: Blab all you can. Sound as domineering as you can be, it just shows how pathetic you are. Your end is around the corner.

Edit: Responding to the CEO: maybe you arent aware, but there are forwarding companies all over the world which allow a person to shop and have the items delivered to any location. Yes i am located in Dubai and have an account with a freight forwarding company which operates all over the world.
There is nothing suspicious except for your actions. I have never had any financial fraud case with you. Again, nonsense. No country needs passport verification for custom purposes. I have dealt with luxury branded companies and internationally recognized stores who have delivered my items without any request for passport copies for any country custom verification.
This website is a scam and should not be operational. Hopefully the authorities shut you down.

Edit 2: Why does it matter where I am? I could be in a car placing an order and could be in two cities within an hour. So? What is your pathetic point? Instead of talking about the money you scammed - you are directing the conversation towards my location! How pathetic. Where is my refund? You said you cancelled my order and hence I should be refunded. So, where is the refund? Of course you aren't talking about that - because your actions are illegal. Not once did you say I will receive my refund. You have never mentioned it!
Keep wasting time mentioning cities and IPs, but I will keep working my case against you.
Oh and yes please do report me to the authorities, because I created a store and scammed people out of money? You're pathetic.

Edit 3: So suddenly I moved from "they had a previous fraud case with us to they have stolen more times from our store"?! Unbelievable. You need to get your story straight. You keep changing and making up more false scenarios, it'll all catch up to you.
By the way, when I said I will keep working my case against you, that is exactly what I'll do. Not just here via Trustpilot but across all social platforms and the Spanish Police cyber security unit. I will make sure I do everything I can so as to stop you operating this scam.
Even if you discredit me here, I will be working to expose you elsewhere. I will never tire from exposing the truth.
To anyone who was scammed from this website, kindly contact all the social platforms this website associates with and report them.

Update on my experience with this online store. I still have not received my refund and it has been over 3 weeks now since my unfortunate purchase from Korean Beauty Store on June 21st 2024. Just to remind you all, the reason I had to cancel my purchase was because I did not feel safe providing private information (copy of passport and credit card bill) via unencrypted email to some stranger who emailed me asking for these documents in order to process my online order! This company is starting to look more and more like a fraudulent scheme to me folks. Please BEWARE of them, especially if you are living in the USA. I am not sure if I will ever get my money back from them…

I sent another email asking about my refund for the $150 order since it has been about a month now, but so far no response! I think I will need to report this company to the US Consumer Affairs department. Just for folks living in the USA, you can report a fraudulent online sellers outside the US to Econsumer.gov. If you have been scammed by this company, please join me in filing a report.

Vendedor/a onesto/a. Habia comprado 2 productos iguales al mismo tiempo y el/la vendedor/a me escribio' un correo diciendo que solo quedaba uno y el otro iba a reemborsarlo. He recibido el producto el dia siguente. Me han reembolsado tambien. Gracias!

This seemingly one man show does not care to provide basic customer support!

I made an order on April 23rd where one of the products was the Purito Wonder Centella Eye Cream, and received the supposed order on April 26th. On May 13th when I went to use the product in question, before opening the box I read the instructions and realized it wasn't the eye cream but the regular cream.

On the same day I fill in a contact form on the website stating all of this and requesting for the product to be exchanged for the correct one. 24 hours later no response so on May 14th I sent an email stating everything again. This time I got a very curt reply saying it's been almost a month since the delivery (untrue, 17 days is not close to a month!) and that's it. No apology for their error, no I can't send it back because it's been 14 days, nothing!

After too many emails back and forth for over a week because I also thought the cream I received was cheaper, when he finally disclosed that it was actually more expensive. What a terrible person to deal with.

Don't buy anything from this guy!

ETA: Replying to the seller's answer: There is definitely no confusion, that is the exact email address I have all the communications with. All of what I said still stands.

Los productos que pedí sé que son geniales, pero me llegó 2 productos erróneos y pedí una solución.
Para darme una solución, la persona que respondía mis correos era muy maleducada, me llamó pesada y que dejará de tocar los...
Insistía en qué un labial que pedí color X era igual que uno Y, tuve que mandar todo con fotos etc...al final me mandaron el pedido correcto, pero para eso tuve que recibir mal trato por pedir y explicar la situación.
Buscaré los productos en otra tienda.

El pedido llegó al día siguiente y todo perfecto. Me encanta que me regalen muestras ya que puedo probar productos para poder comparar. Desde luego que compraré más veces en la web.

i was really upset as the delivery was for 4 days, instead of 24 hours, which i paid for. absolutely disgusting experience. they sent me the wrong products. i paid for only one product. they sent me two different products, so i didnt get what i paid for.

Muy contenta con los productos, con la rapidez del envío y con la atención recibida.

Hubo un problema con un producto que por error estaba agotado pero recibí una excelente atención personalizada y me ofrecieron enviármelo en cuanto esté disponible.

La peor experiencia de servicio que he visto en mi vida. Hice mi pedido y no se indicaba en qué locker debía de ir a buscarlo y cuando pregunto, recibo una respuesta seca: pregunta a GLS. No tenia constancia aún de que mi empresa de envío era GLS así que le indiqué que para hablar con GLS me pedirían núm de pedido. A lo que me responde de la manera más soez y maleducada que he visto jamás: cómo pretendes tener un número de pedido si has hecho el envío hace X horas ... ¿Hola? me has dicho tú que hable con GLS ... preocupada por el tono déspota y maleducado, pregunto si se trata de una estafa porque las formas no son propias de una empresa seria. La respuesta es: no quiero clientas conflictivas te reembolso del tirón. Muy muy grave. No he querido entrar a ponerme en su lugar porque voy a elevar este caso de vejaciones a la OMIC y solo he preguntado cuándo voy a recibir el reembolso. Su respuesta: ya te mandé el pantallazo pesada. Los productos serán buenos, porque no son suyos, pero el trato al consumidor es deleznable y 100% denunciable.

No aprecio el tono de tu respuesta. ¿Puedes decirme dónde menciona algo sobre el pasaporte? Volví a revisar su sitio web. Te equivocas con las respuestas al correo electrónico. Mis respuestas fueron el mismo día. Nunca recibí un correo electrónico que dijera nada entre 24 y 48 horas. Envié un correo electrónico el sábado, tal vez su empresa debería configurar un correo electrónico automatizado diciendo que su correo electrónico fue recibido después del horario comercial y recibirá una respuesta en 24-48 horas.

Me sorprende ver valoraciones negativas sobre esta tienda, ya que mi experiencia ha sido totalmente satisfactoria. Todos los productos que he recibido son originales, están precintados y no están caducados. Además, el embalaje fue cuidadoso, con caja y papel de burbujas, y hasta incluyeron muestras gratuitas. Es destacable que la entrega se realizó en tan solo 2 días, ¡y gestionada incluso un domingo! La atención al cliente fue rápida y eficiente.

Lo que más me gusta de esta tienda es su amplia selección de marcas de cosmética coreana, todas ellas con descripciones detalladas de sus productos e ingredientes. Es importante tener en cuenta que la calidad en la cosmética coreana de buena calidad no suele ser económica; aunque existen marcas más asequibles, suelen ofrecer una calidad inferior.

En resumen, recomiendo encarecidamente este sitio. Es lamentable ver cómo algunas personas intentan perjudicar negocios que, como este, probablemente son una gran competencia en el mercado. Agradezco enormemente la dedicación y el interés de Jose en este apasionante mundo de la cosmética coreana.

Hice el pedido y enseguida me avisaron que tardaría un poco más porque faltaba un producto. A los dos días me avisaron otra vez que ya estaba mi pedido preparado. Ha sido todo perfecto y rápido. Seguro que vuelvo a comprar, me ha encantado.

Tenia miedo de pedir en la pagina por que conocía otras similares con el mismo tipo de productos que cuando pagabas, acababa siendo una estafa y el producto nunca llegaba. Estoy súper satisfecha con Koreanbeaty compre las cremas un lunes y el miercoles ya las tenía conmigo. Es mi nueva pagina de confianza, sin suda repetire!!!
