The service and product here are great. When I ordered my ring the size I wanted was out of stock for a few weeks. Due to my wedding coming up I really wanted to see the style in person and get a feel for it. KW send me the next size up to look at and try on. The second my size came in stock that contacted me with a means to send back the bigger size and they quickly shipped the one I was waiting for. This was very helpful. The ring has a great quality feel to it and neat style.

I just received my ring and we are absolutely in love with it. Amazing customer service helped us get the ring we wanted in the size we wanted as well. Definitely going to buy more rings from this company!

My husband loves the ring. However, the size of their rings tend to be larger than regular sizes, we had to exchange twice for the perfect fit. Customer service was great, Heather responded quickly and was very helpful.
Note: the King Will official website doesn’t provide any customer service contact information. I had to leave a message on their FB page in order to have the ring returned/exchanged.

Same experience as another user. Ordered two rings, paid on PayPal and paid for two day shipping. When I ordered, no where did it say that the rings were backordered or out of stock. I have emailed and emails have bounced back saying mailbox is full. Very disappointed and wondering if I'll ever get my order.
