The rings never arrived. My postal department says it was delivered but they also claim that I have “so many” packages delivered by them that they really have no idea where the package is. Now I am arguing with the people at this business, where I spent a lot of my hard earned money, about the whereabouts of my shipment and have been in this process for a matter of weeks.

Was very happy with both rings I have purchased from King Will and the prices are very reasonable. They both fit wonderfully and look great.

The ring i just got,is stunning....!!!! I've already received many compliments about it's look's etc.your 2 day shipping is unheard of and just awesome.....!! 2 day's.....WOW!!!!.tungsten carbide is the ring of my choice.the shine lasts forever,it's almost as hard as a diamond,you have GREAT price's and it comes in a beautiful box....what's not to love.thank you for your awesome workmanship and attention to detail.

Both rings that I purchased were in pristine condition and were even more pleasing than expected; they arrived in only a few days—just in time!

Would give five stars but when I tried to cancel my order, the email or the phone number didn’t work. Still received the order, wasn’t able to cancel or return it though.
Overall, the rings is absolutely gorgeous!

Never received my tracking information for my order. In the process of waiting, I did receive my ring. Definitely like the ring way better than anything I have looked at from big name jewelers and WAY cheaper than even Walmart. Would definitely recommend this selection to others!

The coustumer service is trash. I bought a pair of rings from this company. I immediately noticed i had the wrong zip code and i sent them more than 7 messages telling them the information and asking for their help and i have not seen a single response from them. I never recived the rings and the order already says completed. This is completely unprofessional and disappointing.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone for over a week now because my wife ordered me a ring I haven't seen a ring and I haven't heard from anyone. Unfortunately the original ring that she had ordered they didn't have in my size so she reordered something else and still hasn't heard anything and or received anything from the mail I tried emailing them three times setting them Facebook messages and I haven't heard anything.

My husband loves his ring. The quality is very good and the prices are the best!!! Definitely I recommend this site for future purchases

Fantastic customer service. I ordered the wrong ring size and the customer service agent was extremely understanding and accommodating. Returning the original ring was extremely easy and my new ring was shipped out as soon as I sent the original ring back. I definitely recommend King Will Rings to anyone and I plan on purchasing more rings in the future.

The rings were great, good quality, quick shipping, exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, when we emailed about exchanging the rings for smaller sizes we received no response!

I am actually rating the rings so low just in the hopes that the company will finally contact us so we can exchange our rings for the correct size.

There were a few styles of ring that I wanted that were not available. Normally that wouldn't be an issue, but the website didn't say they were available so a customer service rep had to contact me to let me know. That being said, the customer service rep was great to work with and helped me get a style I wanted and had no issues exchanging for difference sizes.

My fiancé absolutely loved his ring when t came in and the size was perfect! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
