I ordered a four-hole sink faucet that Kingston had in stock but my plumber's distributor could not find. My dealings with Kingston went remarkably well. I ordered on-line and within a week I had my beautiful high quality brass faucet and had my plumber install it. As a side note, I took a picture of my sink and gave that to ChatGPT and asked it if they could find a replacement faucet and it directed me to Kakingston (with picture and part number)--just based on a photo!

No vacuum breaker and wouldn’t allow me to return it unless I pay a 25% restocking fee! Putting something back in inventory doesn’t cost that much!

They did allow me to return it though and waived the restocking fee so I gotta hand it to them!

Our experience with Kingston Brass was absolutely wonderful from the very first contact with the Sales Consultant to the final delivery. Our Contractor said the quality of Kingston's plumbing fixtures was far above the quality of the fixtures their other customers had chosen from the big box stores, and they were very impressed with the final result, as were we!

I ordered two products from Kingston Brass. I ordered a sink faucet and a towel bar. The sink faucet hoses were too small and would not work for the hot water; the flow was a drip and the cold flow worked. The towel rod was missing the set screw. With a lot of time, effort, and energy after the contractor and plumber couldn't fix the water flow, my husband was able to fix the water flow. I contacted the company about returning the towel rod and was told I'd be charged a 25% restocking fee for a product that was incomplete. That fee was waved, however the postage wasn't. I had to pay $19.05 for postage for a product that you delivered without a part. Dealing with customer service was fine, but I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.

Great product good quality and easy to purchase online

The product is very high quality, had a terrible time with FedEx getting it to us (weeks)but that’s not kingstons fault.

When our shower system arrived, we opened it to find that we were sent 2 hot handles. We contacted you and requested a cold handle. Simple correction, right? We were sent an email that said it needs to be approved by a supervisor. Several days later and 2 phone calls, we are still waiting! Now I wonder if we might encounter more problems with your product??? Sure hope not!

Excellent customer service. We had a shipping time issue that was quickly resolved with a refund.
I only gave 4 stars because the lever handles of our faucet work in the opposite direction than they should which takes getting used to.
