We have recently purchased a property through KHP and the advice and service from start to finish was excellent. Jack, Julie and Be were all very knowledgeable and acted in a very professional manner and were quick to answer any questions we had during the process. We would definitely recommend.

We are extremely pleased with KHP and their very professional approach to dealing with both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home.
In particular Julie, Be and Jack deserve a great deal of credit.
Our move happened at a very difficult time, following the Coronavirus pandemic, eight weeks after we had agreed offers. However, I always felt that Kings Hill Property put our needs first.
I would certainly not hesitate recommending them to anyone, if they would looking to move home.

I've really struggled with letting agents in the past, and have always felt unimportant, and that they had better things to do. India from KHP has been incredible, she helped me find an incredible home - however, unfortunately the landlord (for whatever reason) had to end my tenancy early. It was quite distressing for me, as I loved where I was - but India even emailed me late on New Years Eve with a lovely property, not yet on the market 5 doors down. It wasn't for me in the end, but the thought was there and she even pre-warned me it might be too small - but I really appreciated the honesty and being thought about.

With a deadline of moving out getting tighter and tighter, other letting agents were taking days to get back to me, were not flexible with viewings, and I found a property popped up and was so glad it was with KHP! I was struggling to fit a viewing in, but India thought outside the box and got me in the next day. I saw the property and signed up within minutes.

India and her team have all been amazing, through the first property I rented and then helping me with another home. They have all been efficient, friendly and I could not recommend them enough.

Exceptional service from Louise at KHP Snodland.

We were originally with another estate agent who were very nice but very old school. They didn't really get things moving resulting in a chain falling through. As Louise was selling the house we were buying, we already had experience of Louise trying very hard to move the chain forward for us all. We instructed Louise to try and re-sell our house for us and within a couple of weeks and with some 'outside the box' thinking and solutions from both Nick and Louise we had another complete chain in place and finally moved just before Christmas.

Having experienced a few Estate Agents through our journey, if I ever needed an Estate Agent again, KHP would definitely be my first option. I highly recommend them.

Be and her team have been professional but caring throughout the sale of our current home on Kings Hill. I would highly recommend KHP. I work in a similar field dealing with estate agents on a daily basis and I can honestly say that the team have been more responsive and proactive than any estate agent I have ever dealt with. Special mention for Julie who we feel has gone the extra mile to keep us informed on the progress of our sale and ensuring we exchanged smoothly.

After six months with another Estate Agent in Snodland with no offers on my Mother’s house in Snodland or any feedback from them I decided to contact KHP.

After nearly four and half years on the market I'd nearly given up hope of finding a buyer. I had tried other estate agents in Snodland but they couldn't get me a sale.

Then KHP opened up a branch in Snodland. So I thought I give it one more go, I had heard through friends that they were good but never got round to contacting them until they moved into the High Street.

I phoned them and spoke to Nick, area manager who is really helpful and certainly knows the market and he in came out to see me with Louise, branch manager and gave me a valuation. Within FOUR weeks they found me a buyer !!

I moved last December to another property in Snodland and if I decide to move again I will defiantly contact them again.

From the offer to its acceptance the KHP estate agents were professional and pleasant. But then the real work started. My experience was typical: stressful, laiden with delays and fraught with complications. KHP sales progression was pivotal in getting the sale over the line. At times it seemed Caroline was more stressed out than I was! I can certainly say that she kept her foot to the pedal and never let various parties get away with sluggishness. I’ve no idea what the outcome would have been without her.

KHP have been brilliant from the start, from the market appraisal to completion! They did everything they promised. A very friendly and professional team. (With extra thanks to Gareth and Caroline when the going got tough!) would happily recommend them to anyone!!
