We would strongly recommend KHP, throughout the process of selling our house they have been friendly, professional and great at keeping us informed at all times.

They also worked very hard to ensure the sale went through smoothly and as quickly as possible. In short they were a pleasure to deal with and we would have no hesitation in recommended them to others.

We are a local plumbing and heating company who work closely with this letting agency and its always been a positive experience when dealing with Kings Hill Properties. The team are highly professional and are always on hand to make sure every job runs as smoothly as possible for all parties involved. Thank you to the team but in particular India and Be (who we work closely with) for being so approachable and attentive.

Very impressed, property was put on the market within a day or so, that weekend 5 viewings and 3 offers, two of which were over the asking price. The best offer was accepted and everything went smoothly without any hiccups. All staff very friendly and helpful, questions answered professionally and quickly, phones always answered promptly n a professionally welcome. I would definitely recommend using.

We put our house on the market and we’re a bit concerned the asking price was a bit too much but Nik the manager assured us our house was at the right price . Brad and Julie kept us fully up to date with every booking and enquiry re our house and Brad accompanied any visitors to our house

As a buyer of a new build property sold by KHP I found the team at the West Malling office fantastic. Responsive, helpful and a delight to deal with. A special mention must go to Georgia who was always so pleasant on the phone and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance with all my questions! Also, to Caroline who was informative, helpful and accommodating. I would recommend KHP WM without reservation.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish from all of the team at the Snodland branch.
Unfortunately our sale fell through due to dishonesty from an estate agent further down the chain. This just made us realise what a gem KHP are. They go above and beyond expectations and when we decide to relist our property we will have no hesitation to use KHP again.

Caroline from the West Malling branch deserves a special mention. Patient, calm, communicative, friendly and empathetic – everything you need at the sales progression stage to keep the chain moving and avoid things falling through. I would say she saved the day a few times! You’re in good hands if she’s taking care of you.

Superb service from KHP, Snodland. Made initial enquiry about selling my property, and within 2 days Jack was round for a valuation and was very professional and wasn’t pushy at all (like most). Gave us time to think about options and for us, in the end, it was a no brainier to go with them! Property sold in a matter of days for the exact price we were advised on. Great service from the whole team... always polite on the phone and also followed up when they promised too. Massive, massive thanks to Jack and the whole team at Snodland. From the initial meeting with Brad to value my old property, to the final handover of keys to my new one the whole team at KHP were nothing short of exceptional. Friendly, prompt to respond and they sold my property for more than I expected in less than a week. Perfect!

I felt KHP staff are very blasé. Right from the beginning the communication was very difficult. I had to ring the KHP offices several times to request an application form for the property I was interested in renting. Even though I was told that it would be sent the day before. I had call KHP three times on the same morning before the form even materialised. I also lied to by one of the agents that I spoke to, this person said “i am really sorry the email has not come through to you.”
He said “I thought your email ended in gmail.com and not googlemail.com”. 😂

At this juncture I was merely exercising my rights out of principle because it was quite evident that no one at KHP genuinely wanted to help me. The lasting impression left on me is to only work with businesses who act professionally and make clients feel welcome.

I was told the landlord of the place I wanted to rent rejected my application because they are seeking a non-guarantor tenant 🤪😂

FYI-
Ive been a private tenant for past three years without any issues whatsoever. No late or missed payments, Good relationship with all the neighbours and flat is maintained to high standard. Moreover my guarantor owns multiple properties and have an Income of around 150k/year not to mention the excellent credit history. This person has also been my guarantor for past three years.

I cannot recommend the team in the Snodland office highly enough - with a special mention to Caitlin and Jack who have been highly professional throughout. Communication was always excellent and any queries were always dealt with promptly and successfully. If you want an agent who is going to work hard for you, either buying or selling, then I would urge you to use KHP.
