I bought a house through KHP 8 years ago, their service was excellent
I have recently sold the house recommend them to anyone that wants good quality service who go over and beyond to ensure everything goes well

All of the team at KHP Snodland we’re brilliant, we mainly dealt with Abbie and Megan who were always so helpful and prompt at getting things chased for us, from the moment we put our house on the market with them and explained we were wanting it to sell quickly as we had bought another house already they did everything they could to get it sold for us and managed to find a buyer within 2 weeks, they had great communication and kept us updated regularly, i would definitely use them again

I sold my flat and purchased a house with KHP and couldn’t recommend them more! The communication and professionalism was excellent and they stayed on top of everything at all times, keeping me in the loop and chasing things up. We had an excellent experience selling our house with KHP and would highly recommend their services.
Staff at all levels dealt with our sale. They kept us fully informed at all times regarding the sale and went above and beyond in terms of their willingness to support us during the process. Our registered office was West Malling but that didn’t stop the Kings Hill office supporting us as required. Staff were always prompt in emailing us and phoning us as the sale progressed.
Photography and plans for the sale particulars were of the highest standard which we believe contributed to the interest in the property and enabling the most appropriate viewings from suitable buyers.
We would use KHP if / when moving in the future. This was our second time of using KHP and the first was via the Kings Hill office which was equally as good 10 years ago,
