Really friendly and easy to deal with, and an overall good experience for dealing with these things for the first time. I feel relaxed knowing things are being sorted out, and really happy with my experience.

Was easy to use

Open banking probably works if tenant is computer friendly and has the correct equipment. I was keen on a property and paid over £200 to stop others from viewing it. Today I travelled miles to bank who printed 3 months of statements for agent to send to Keysafe. PDF not acceptable. Info had to be downloaded directly to Keysafe from my online banking, which was again unacceptable for agent to complete You state in one reviews that tenants have the option of producing manual refs and credit checks. This was not offered and I have lost the property. Sadness and disgust. So many elderly people prefer not to be online at all, so am I to presume that they have no chance of being accepted by you for a tenancy ? It’s all very unfair .

All easy to do and didn't take long

我不知道這個程式存在的意義。它要我把其他程式的密碼放進去。然後要我付保管費給它。為什麼我不在手機裏面已經有的程式登記密碼，例如備忘錄。這裡還不要花錢。
I don't see the point of this app. It asks me to enter passwords from my other programs and then charges me a 'storage fee.' Why wouldn't I just record my passwords in an app already on my phone, like the Notes app? That doesn't cost any money.
