What an absolute pleasure of an experience I’ve had! I contacted these guys today and spoke to a Jo. R and she is an absolute pleasure to talk to! As a first time renter I was quite anxious and after one phone call every worry and stress I had was gone.. They explained everything I needed to know in such great detail, and assigned themselves to look after my application which I am deeply grateful for! Not even 10 minutes later after the phone call everything is approved and good to go! What an absolute credit to your team and she definitely deserves all the recognition she gets! Thank you so much!!

Very let down
I used this company months ago because I was desperate to secure a flat and was given no other option, and at first glance it all appeared a promising solution. However, as a young person with no savings and a low income at the time, the only people who helped me in this situation (luckily) was my family, who paid this idiotic company in full. Every other option I could have managed, such as to pay in instalments, was denied me because of poor credit score and low earnings. Yet is that not literally the point of the company, to help people who can’t afford to pay a deposit because of those problems exactly? All this caused me was a lot of tears and further unnecessary stress. It’s only because I was lucky enough to have family who were readily able to help me and step in that I was able to secure my flat, but not everyone may have that option. This company was effectively no help to me at all. This was months ago, but I have been angry and bitter about this since and as I’m now moving on to better places, I feel compelled to finally say something. I felt severely let down and would only recommend this company to my worst enemy.
