We used the video to attach the key safe unit to the wall which had clear instructions. Easy to use and you can tell this unit is sturdy and tamper proof. It has given us peace of mind that our loved one will be able to get help if required.

Great idea poor quality fixings
We are elderly and bought the Key Safe as a backup to getting locked out of our house. We are not wealthy and had to fit the Key Safe ourselves.
We found the fixing bolts too easily broken leaving us having to find replacements in order to get the Safe up.

We're pleased to hear you like the idea of the key safe, but we're sorry to learn you experienced issues with the fixing bolts during installation. That's certainly not the experience we want our customers to have.
Our fixings are designed to provide a secure installation, but we appreciate your comments and will share them with our product team for review. If you haven't already, please get in touch with our Customer Support team, who would be happy to discuss your experience and see how we can help.
