Very good After Sales service
The Key Safe company responded immediately to my questions by email and it was easy to get through to someone by phone who booked me a telephone appointment with their engineer, Natalia, who called on time and was very helpful. It's great, and reassuring, to come across a company that cares like this one. I highly recommend them, and their products.

Superb product and after sales service ! !
Superb product, which withstood a violent attack without releasing its protected access keys.
On reporting that one of the push button numbers was now inoperable, I was immediately sent a replacement key safe. Therefore, I couldn't see how they could improve their service !

Hi,
Thanks so much for your fantastic review!
We’re really pleased to hear that the keysafe stood up to such a serious attack and, most importantly, kept the keys secure.
We’re also glad we could get a replacement sent out quickly and get you back up and running.
Thanks again for your kind words. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! 😊
I have had a Key Safe by my front door for many years ...
I have had a Key Safe by my front door for many years; in fact, it was already on the house when I moved here in 2009. It was used by the previous, elderly occupant so her carer could get easy access ... and all her neighbours knew the code in case of emergency.
It must have been on the house for 20+ years.
I'm a bit anal about keeping things in good order, so every so often I give the innards a spray with GT25 (a thin maintenance oil) and it has worked perfectly all these years.
The other day, the plastic reset button went missing. (Not surprising really; it's been in full sun every day for 20 odd years and plastics do degrade over time.) I contacted the company, and they sent me a couple of spares free-of-charge.
So there you have it: not only an excellent, well-made and long-lasting product, but exemplary customer care. Now THAT is how British engineering ought to be.
Very well done.

We love hearing stories like this and knowing that a product we made all those years ago is still doing its job.

Antwort von The Key Safe Company
Hi,
Thank you for your review on your P500 and I'm sorry you are not satisfied with the unit. The black on black numbers are intended to be discreet for security. We appreciate that this in turn makes the unit tricky to visualise in darker conditions.
We don't want you to be unhappy with your keysafe so we are happy to look at alternative products with you or discuss our returns policy.
Please reach out to us and we will discuss this further. You can reach us on 0330 363 0303 or hello@keysafe.co.uk
Please come back as above and we will look to assist further.
