Delivery was prompt and physical installation was straightforward.

Expensive but absolutely worth it!
Tamo Ark Key Safe purchased by me and now in daily use. No doubt the best key safe on the market and you do get what you pay for. I contacted "customer service" with a couple of comments and the response was helpful and immediate.

First time I have used this company, and I was after what I thought was an obscure item. A weather cover for an external key safe! I ordered two to replace two broken 10 year old ones, and had delivery for £4. 3 days later I had them in my hand.

A speedy and very helpful response
I needed a code-changing tool for a key safe. A virtual assistant responded within a minute of my emailing and once I’d identified which model the key safe is they agreed to send me two of the tools free of charge. An impressively speedy & helpful response.

This is my second purchase
This is my second purchase. The original one replaced one installed by my local authority to care for my elderly mother. When she died they removed it and I purchased exactly the same model as I found it useful and very well made. However, when I moved house I had to leave it behind so the new owners could access the house. My new home didn't have a key safe so I purchased this one. The service was really good and it was delivered within two days. I sometimes leave my dog in the house alone, I worry incase I have an accident or can't get back to feed him. Knowing I can ring my neighbour and they can use the code to take care of him gives me peace of mind.
