Amazing 5* Service
I placed my order with Zapp and due to an error on my part my order was not fulfilled. However, after speaking with the Customer Service Team they were able to rectify my mistake and get my order redelivered. This was done within a timely manner and also a great attitude.
The store had closed however they took it upon themselves to have my order redelivered and truly went above and beyond my expectations.
I would like to thank both Kyle from Customer Service and Daniel from the store for taking my mistake and turning it all around for me. You both have gone above and beyond, serving a well deserved 5* experience, so thank you!

Genuinely impeccable service every…
Genuinely impeccable service every time. Even when on occasion they have something listed that turns out isn’t actually in stock, they compensate for it brilliantly by refunding you, adding something extra + giving you some credit. It’s wonderful customer service and something all aspiring start up’s in this space should look to as standard. I also love how you can call them if there is an issue as opposed to those annoying robotic and automated messages posing as people that I have had with other grocery delivery services such as Weezy. Drivers are always very nice to. I am a BIG ZAPP FAN and will be using it for years to come. Please don’t run out of funding….I am confident you’ll win the online grocery delivery race if you keep this level up. Need it? ZAPP it.

Fantastic customer support.
A few of my items were missing and they instantly refunded the cost. They also gave me credit to my account and chocolate as an apology. My delivery was slightly late and again gave me credit to my account. This was without me reaching out. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Awesome supermarket app
Zapp is awesome. It's a startup but it's improved so quickly. It's very diverse with lots of good quality products being in stock. The process of tracking the order is a cool feature. The riders are always prompt & friendly. (I can use it both for supermarket shops & mini orders)

Best customer service
The best customer service you could ever ask for. Out of all these delivery apps, this is the best one. I had one item missing, reported it and within minutes they called me. Still in shock at how soon they called me!
