This company is awful. Set up a dark supermarket in a residential area and regularly dump waste, crates, delivery boxes on the street. Not to mention the delivery vans trying to drive down a narrow me... Mehr ansehen

Great service. They advertise saying they are trying to do things differently, initially, this sounded like some corporate mumbo jumbo that is parroted by many companies day. After using their service, they showed they are actually trying to do things differently, they actually properly employ their delivery riders and don't have them on zero-hours contracts with limited benefits; my order was 30 minutes late and they credited me £10 without me complaining or asking, you just wouldn't expect that from companies like Deliveroo and Uber Eats, who would deliver late and not even apologise.

Quick to deliver as well as to rectify any shortcomings, such as unavailable item. Eye watering markups, but the convenience and speed make it worth it for me.

Being in self-isolation at home, I rely entirely on this kind of delivery services to bring me the daily necessities and Zapp were amazing.
An item was out of stock so they have reimbursed me, gave me credit and also, sent me a chocolate along with other little festive surprise.
The delivery arrived on time and was done safely, driver stayed 2m away.

Appalling customer service. I’ve been a faithful customer. Then today I’ve placed an order and it wouldn’t go through, I was told it was a security check and i had to send my licence and ID though. No idea why as I’ve always used the same card and same address. I’ve heavily pregnant with Covid and 3 young kids and husband isn’t back until Wednesday, I’m desperate for paracetamol and to encounter this crap with Zapp has just made me feel like I will never support their business again. If you want to do a check don’t wait till people need to place an order you morons!! I’ve sent licence via email and I’m STILL waiting for them to sort it, outrageous service!

Zapp is an excellent new company. Nine times out of ten they deliver before you’ve even finished ordering, they’re that fast!
Their customer service is excellent and they have a good range of products, from the cheaper to more expensive end, depending on your budget and taste.
They have an ethical approach and their riders, who are always respectful and friendly, ride push bikes.
They also deliver 24 hours a day, which is fantastic, especially if you don’t have something you need, such as condoms, female sanitary products, or just that missing ingredient you forgot, from what you’re cooking.
Delivery is only £1.99 with no extra hidden charges when you check out. They also tell you what products are available or not when you’re ordering, rather than waiting until you’ve ordered, only to find out that the main thing you ordered isn’t coming.
I highly recommend using this company!

I’ve used this app a few times and it’s hit an miss in Manchester so if you’re ordering late be aware of the following. Rider might not turn up if he doesn’t feel like it but they won’t make you aware of it for at least an hour then apply free credits (really annoying in the middle of the night). Riders being more than 30minute late is a given every single time. Customer service is good but don’t advertise that your available all hours and will deliver in 30 minutes when you won’t. £5.49 for Mac and cheese or £3.50 for some pesto is a joke as well.

I rarely write reviews and the fact that I'm doing so is because I am so impressed with my experience with Zapp so far.
My first order took far too long to be delivered, so I eventually called up and cancelled to which the customer service advisor sincerely apologised and immediately refunded me, and also gave me Zapp credit for the inconvenience.
I thought I'd try again, give them the benefit of the doubt and I have not had any issues since. The drivers/riders are always very friendly, polite and apologetic if they are even slightly late. Zapp has also given me Zapp credit when they are just a few minutes late, to which I've even responded to say that this isn't necessary.
It's so convenient and reasonably priced that it's almost dangerous. Small trips to the shop are no longer necessary and I am becoming more and more lazy by the day.
The little treats for saying thank you for being a customer is a nice touch. And when I ordered some cigarettes, they included a lighter. Little things like that will see me as a customer of Zapp for the foreseeable future.

VERY BAD AND FRAUD COMPANY, PLACED A ORDER WITH 2 EXPANSIVE BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE, AFTER 15 MINUTE OF THE ORDER THEY ASKED ME TO SEND ID AND THEN THEY WILL DELIVER, THEY CANCLLED THE ORDER AND PUT ME THROUGH ID VERIFIACTION EVEN THOUGH I'M 39 YEAR OLD ALSO NOT PAID MY MONEY BACK TILL I HAVE TO KEEP CHASING THEM. # FRAUD#STUPID#UNREALIBALE #DELIVERY IN MINUTE IS COMPLATELY A LIE.
NOW THEY HAVE A IMAGE OF ID GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE THEY WILL DO WITH, WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN FROM THEM.

Had a minor issue with a missing item in my order. I have to commend Zapp's customer service here - rarely do I encounter such efficient customer service and satisfactory resolution. Zapp has gained a loyal customer.
It's not about getting it right 100% of the time, no one can do that. It's about how you react when you don't get it right. Well done Zapp!

Wow! Super impressed with this. I'm not fond of the idea of these grocery delivery apps but had a code for £10 off my first order. I have been a bit poorly the past few days and needed some bits but didn't fancy going to the shop.. So, gave it a try. WOW! Arrived in 8 minutes, I couldn't believe it! The delivery rider was absolutely lovely too, in the pouring rain! Great service and good products available at decent prices! Thanks :). Will defo use again and recommend!

WARNING! Zapp is the worse company to order from. I have order twice now in the same day and nothing has been delivered to me but my money has been taken. They take your payment from the app, but do not deliver your order. There is no update on the app to let the customers know of any delays. The app courier tracker NEVER works. The staff at the warehouse are lazy and the couriers only deliver your items if its convenient for them. God only knows how this company has made it this far with its poorly service. The founder of this company Joe Falter should be ashamed of how the company has turned out to be. The only help you can get is by calling the support online and they'll just tell you they have no idea what is happening and have credited the amount to your wallet on the app. How about Zapp follows through with what they guarantee their customers and STOP SELLING LIES. There needs to be an investigation into this fraudulent company and shut down immediately.

I just ordered from Zapp, they had an item that was out of stock, they called me before my delivery to inform me and refund the item and give me a £10 credit! I have used multiple supermarket delivery services before, but none called me to apologise and generously give me credit. When my groceries arrived in 20 minutes! I was given a free gift, I deleted my other delivery apps, Zapp is the only one I need and will be using.
Horrible Horrible Horrible, do not work for or order from this company, my sis had her 1st shift at the Shoreditch warehouse, no break for an 11 am to 6 pm shift, had her phone stolen, management and employees said they can not help. They will try and call her the next day but on what ???? her phone was stolen. No security cameras it seems, ridiculous.
There have lazy staff members that ask you to clean loos when it is not in the job description. No help form colleagues who only sit on their arses. Will be reporting, unacceptable
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Ordered from Zapp. Food and drinks never arrived and all customer service said was ‘it’s been delivered’ and the put the phone down.
