Stay far away from this company

If I could give this company a negative number I would. I purchased 2 dresses in Jan 2025. They are very poor quality and did not fit. I contacted them and was told that I could return them but would have to pay the return shipping. I followed the instructions exactly. I paid the return shipping. Now they have the merchandise and they are refusing my refund. Stay far far away from this company!

Ordered a dress from June's bridal. It is way too big. Not made out of the material we were told. Paid for petticoat and bustle that weren't the right size petticoat and no bustle

I do not recommend ordering from them at all. They told me no refund

I bought a dress from June bridals— I ordered a size 8, they sent me a size 6 that feels and looks like a size four. It doesn’t fit at all. The embroidery looks cheap and nothing like the picture. I have been emailing them for two weeks trying to return this dress—- they asked for pics to prove they sent the wrong size, so I sent pics. Now they are saying the tailor accidentally attached the wrong tag, but the measurements should be correct and I can check the measurements, or try the dress on. It doesn’t fit! This company is so frustrating to work with; I don’t know how they stay in business.

The gown is absolutely gorgeous. My only problem is I don’t know how to hook the train up to the back if anybody could give me a call or text me on how to bustle it other than that I have no problems with the gown absolutely perfect

⭐ 1 Star – Avoid June Bridals at All Costs

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.

I ordered a wedding dress that arrived way too big. I reached out immediately to return it and was offered a $100 partial refund if I agreed to keep the dress. I accepted their offer in writing, and they confirmed it would be processed within 10–14 days. That refund never came.

After weeks of them ignoring my follow-up messages, I filed a dispute through Affirm as a last resort — and that’s when they suddenly changed their story and told me I now had to return the dress to get anything back. Then, to top it off, they told me to send money to a PayPal account. That is completely shady and unprofessional.

Their policies are unclear, their communication is contradictory, and their customer service is borderline manipulative. I’ve had to escalate this issue through Affirm and my bank just to try and get my money back.

Save yourself the stress — do not buy your wedding dress from this company.

My dress was "shipped" on May 7th

My dress was "shipped" on May 7th, it has been in one location since, my only update was that a FedEx label was made and that I would be contacted when it was shipped. I have been in contact with the customer service email several times, as they have no phone number to call and speak to an actual person... I've gotten one response to about every three or four emails I have sent. I spent $157 on a simple Beach wedding dress, a garment bag and hair clips, and at this point I am convinced I am not getting the dress. Now that it is past time that I should have received it, I'm getting no response whatsoever. I am just asking for a refund in full for a dress and service that I never received. I am pretty confident at this point that I will not receive my money back as their customer service is terrible and at this point I'm sure they are just avoiding my messages. It is sad to me that they are scamming brides who are just trying to have a happy, memorable experience. Do not purchase from this company, as you will be ripped off and highly disappointed!
UPDATE: I received a reply here, responding to poor review of this company, yet I have been waiting for a response to my email to initiate a refund since May 22nd. Do NOT Purchase from this company. Such a joke.

The dress is beautiful. Fits as expected is a nice quality and got lots of compliments.
I am 5 foot two 125 pounds wearing a size 2. I really had to suck it in but it looked great.

No way to contact them directly.

Bought item and soon as I received it noticed that it was damaged, there were holes in the front lace of the dress. Sent email to request return and I have not received a response yet and I made several attempts to email and submit a ticket but no luck getting in touch with someone. Their policy says to submit request 14 days of receiving item to be able to process a return. Needless to say my event day is coming up and I had to buy another dress through a different store as I am not able to use the one I order through June's Bridal. Absolutely disappointing. Would not recommend this site at all as there is no actual way to get in touch with customer service.

It’s a scam site

It’s a scam site. They steal photos from other sites and then upload them on their site. The dress you receive will HOPEFULLY be similar* to what you ordered, but don’t worry, it’s yours now, because it is literally impossible to return it. If by some miracle you are able to return it, you have to pay $80 shipping to CHINA because THAT IS WHERE THEY ARE BASED, NOT IN OHIO LIKE THEY CLAIM ON THEIR SITE!!! How tf is this site still up??? How tf does Google just continuously advertise for them? Are you still willing to take the risk? (Dumb, but) Do it now because it will take at least 6-8 weeks for it to arrive. AVOID AT ALL COST!! The disappointment I saw within my finances eyes was almost enough to make me want to go to China and get thrown in jail.

This is the worst company

This is the worst company. Do not buy. Returns are practically impossible. I agreed to keep the garment that didn't work and take half the cost as credit weeks ago. Despite reminders, they still haven't refunded me any money.

Will Not Respond to Requests for a Return/Refund

I received my dress, and it was beautiful, but it did not fit, despite using my measurements. I reached out about returning the dress for a refund. I received one canned message and then nothing, despite sending them multiple other emails. I finally opened a PayPal claim, and they did respond once that was filed. They gave me the option of returning the dress, minus a $40.00 "round trip" shipping AND me paying out of pocket for return shipping, which is very misleading because "round trip" would mean there and back, or refund me $80.00 and keep the dress. I agreed to that. In the meantime I updated the PayPal claim to reflect our agreement. Even after the PayPal claim has closed, still no refund and they have completely stopped responding. After reading reviews, it seems like their standard practice is refusing to accept returns. I have escalated the PayPal claim for an appeal and will contact my credit company next if I do not receive my refund shortly.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM, EVEN THOUGH THE DRESSES ARE VERY NICE, BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEXT LEVEL AWFUL!!!

Your response is not accurate. The PayPal claim was closed after I notified them we had reached an agreement on the refund. I had to file an appeal because, even after the claim closed, you did not issue a refund and had, once again, stopped responding to me, and there is a 10 day period to file such an appeal. You are able to issue a refund at any point. That is not tied to PayPal. Do not try to mislead others that that is the case. I have sent you the screenshots, as you requested that prove that what I am saying is true. As stated though, should you actually refund my money as promised, I will gladly close the PayPal claim all together and also update this review to reflect that you did actually follow your refund policy. As it stands now, you have been promising a refund for close to a month now, but I have yet to receive anything, and I only get responses from you guys when I file a claim or leave a negative review. I tried politely asking for a refund, as per the terms of your own return policy, but got nowhere with that. As many others have said, you guys just won't respond to requests for refunds, so that seems to be how you get around actually issuing refunds. I would be happy to be proven wrong about that though, but we will see. It's up to you to make it right!!! And to be quite honest, with all you have put me through to get ANY refund, I don't really feel like $80.00 is fair at this point, but I will settle for that.

Amazing customer service

Our daughter was planning a small wedding on fairly short notice due to military responsibilities and loved the June Brides dress. I ordered it and the estimated delivery date was after the wedding. I sent an email asking if the dress could come sooner and it was here with 2 weeks to spare! The dress was absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly!

This is the worst!!

This is the worst!!! I ordered two dresses and only received one but got charged for both. The dress I did get does not fit and they will not respond to any of my emails in order for me to return it! This is a horrible experience for a bride!
