Very pleased with my custom order! Measurements were SPOT ON!

I emailed with questions about a custom order, they responded within a couple days. I was so hesitant placing this order. I measured exactly as instructed on their website, placed the order, rush delivery and shortly after received an email saying it was in production already. I received an email saying it was being shipped and received a tracking #. For 5 days the tracking didn't change but the 6th day I received notification it was being delivered that day. I got the dress 5 days EARLIER than they said when I purchased it! I was still skeptical about what it was going to look like when I opened this package! I actually had them remove the sleeves, add cap sleeves with a scalloped edge. I noted the length of sleeve I wanted and its PERFECT. I had them lower the neckline also. The measurements were spot on. I couldn't believe it. I was already looking around for other dresses because I had a bad feeling after reading some reviews but this dress came out EXACTLY how I pictured. (Modest Floral Beach Boho Lace Summer Wedding Dress) I wish I were the size of the model on their website but it still looks great on me with a custom fit! I'm 5'3 143lbs) The lining of the dress has a good weight to it. The lace is exactly as pictured on their site. I have to say, for me ordering a custom dress online, especially a wedding dress, I am so pleased with my order and would purchase from here again. Just take a tape ruler and measure exactly as their site instructs and you're going to have a gorgeous custom dress for the fraction of the price a boutique with alterations would cost.

Inconsistent craftsmanship and custom size off

The overdress was really the wrong size. I am paying $50 to have someone try to fix but now it will have a seam down the sleeve that will look ugly. It's too small across the back so only the front skirt was enlarged to fit my size and the top was very very baggy and sagging so they have to take it in on the top to get it to lie smooth like the photo. It also doesn't match the photo fabric at all. The lace is quite different but that is not a big deal... It's just more white and shiny while the original is calm and elegant and not shiny.
The buttons down the side are nice and pretty but one loop was broken before I got it.
The slip dress fits fine.

I spent a lot of hours looking for my dream dress, then I stumbled upon Junebridals which I was skeptical about but then I saw the reviews for this dress from other brides and I took a chance. Unfortunately by the time I found it, I had to have it expedited because my wedding was 3 weeks away. The young lady who helped me not only got it shipped a week ahead of schedule, they did a great and wonderful job custom making it to fit me after having a baby 8mths ago. I’m extremely impressed and more than satisfied with the effort and this was the best customer service experience I’ve had throughout my wedding planning. I would come back and recommend Junebridals, you guys are amazing. Thank you so so much for making my dream come true!!!

June Bridal DOES NOT HAVE A RETURN POLICY. Be very clear about that before you purchase anything!
A dress was delivered. My daughter tried it on the next day, and it didn't fit well. Tried to return the dress that day and was told I could go through a convoluted process that would have given me a partial refund...maybe. The company also expects tags to still be attached to the dress. The tags for this dress were never attached to the dress at all! The tags are completely intact. Amazingly bad service. Do not shop here!

The dress that arrived was absolutely…

The dress that arrived was absolutely shocking in terms of quality. The fabric was cheap and poorly constructed, with visible defects throughout. he sizing was completely off any recognizable standard.
Worst of all, when I attempted to return this defective product, June Bridal made the process as difficult as possible. They created numerous obstacles and delays, clearly trying to discourage me from proceeding with the return. Even after I paid an additional £20 in postal costs to send the dress back to them, they are still refusing to refund the original £129 purchase price.

Sizing is perfect and dress looks exactly as pictured

I went with custom sizing and the dress fits like a glove. It is beautiful and looks just like the picture! I can not wait to wear it on my wedding day. Order time was very quick also. I have no complaints about this order at all. Hands down a very easy process. I would recommend.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I ordered a dress and it did not fit. I have called over 6 times leave a voice message and my order/phone #. I furthermore, sent 3 emails with no response. Exactly as pictured!

I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a dress I’d wear once (I’m frugal) so I checked out this website, let me tell you..this dress is GORGEOUS. I know some dress websites are a scam, and I know that because I fell victim to one a month ago! So I was nervous about ordering but I’m sooo glad I did! It is exactly as shown. I’m 5’4 and with some 3 inch heels, the length is perfect. I ordered a size 8 (I’m 160 pounds) but I’m in my weight loss era so it doesn’t quite fasten in the back yet, but it will soon! Also, I received the dress 7 days after placing my order! I live in North Texas for reference! I’m weary about reviews sometimes but you can take it from me, if you’re thinking about ordering this dress, DO IT. Also my waist is SNATCHED in this dress! I wear a B cup and won’t even need to wear a bra because it fits the girls perfect! It’s not too low cut and when I bend over I’m not flashing anyone! Anyway, buy the dress, you won’t be disappointed!

I ordered a dress on May 26

I ordered a dress on May 26, arrived June 8. The dress did not fit correctly. Sent first return request on June 10, with 4 additional emails sent on June 11, 12 and 14 (today). No response. Will be contacting PayPal and Mastercard if no response received by Monday COB.

Not what I was expecting

The dress I received does not look like the photos on the website (the color is different and there is a lot of detail on the front that wasn't highlighted/shown in the photos - so I didn't realize it was there) and despite ordering with custom measurements, it does not fit well. I ended up finding a dress through a site that has a home try-on option and that was a much better experience given that I could see and feel the dress first - and try on the standard size before purchasing. I am now trying to sell the dress I received from June Bridals on Facebook Marketplace.
