Worst company ever.
If I could get a -5 review on this, I would. I ordered two bridal gowns for my daughter to try from this company and neither fit because they are not made according to size. Returning them has been a nightmare, they do not want to work with the customer, and I have yet to hear back from them and it’s been over a week after them telling me I could return them both. This is such a scam and just a load of total crap. Do not order any dress of any kind from this business. They need to be put out of business not everyone has money just to blow on dresses and this is just an utter nightmare. Thanks for nothing, June Bridal.

Mother of the Bride Dress
I purchased a mother of the bride dress on 7/24/25.
I received the dress in a timely manner. It didn't fit, I didn't like it. When I wanted to return it, they offered me $35 towards an alteration. They now offered to give me $70 to keep the dress. I find this to be a reasonable solution considering all the shipping fees. I will take this offer June Bridals.

I recently purchased a wedding dress…
I recently purchased a wedding dress from this site on 07/31 and when it was received towards the end of August it did not match my expectations. When I reached out to customer service to ask for the return label and shipping address it was several days before I received any response, only to offer me an option to keep the dress at a discounted price. I declined this offer and kindly asked again for the information to return the product. I am still awaiting a response after sending several more emails. I simply want to return this dress and get my money back so I can buy a dress I want to wear for my wedding next month. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I bought a wedding dress from June…and it was a cheap defective version of what was in the picture
I bought a wedding dress from June bridal and was sent a defective and poorly made dress that looked nothing like the one in the photo. Different material, cut, backline, ect. When I reached out to them they were slow to responding and finally replied with a message that they replaced the material in the dress and that I could remove the seamstress ink marks with a hair dryer. They said I qualify for a refund minus their $36. Shipping cost, and that I would have to pay the international shipping fee of $80 to send it back to China. A defective and wrong dress that they sent me. They are a terrible and fraudulent company and I hope this review helps others to not get scammed by them

Dresses come from China! Refunds not possible
Dress come from China!! There is NO shipping in 48 hours and returns are impossible. After dressing arriving 3 plus weeks later and NOT looking like photos I had to reach out to paypal for help. Company responding offering 50% refund but sending items back to China will cost the other 50%. Don't order from them or you will regret and lose your $.

You also purchased accessories, which cannot be shipped within 72 hours (our site didn’t mark this, but we shipped them together with the dresses to avoid your dissatisfaction). The delayed logistics resulted from waiting for the accessories (they aren’t for 72h shipment). Our return policy clearly states accessories and garment bags are non-returnable/refundable—only dresses qualify.

I ordered a dress and it looked nothing…
I ordered a dress and it looked nothing like the photo. Emailed multiple times and it took a week for them to reply, then they told me they would deduct $40 for the initial shipping ( I paid shipping) so this makes no sense. Then proceeded to tell me that it would be $80 to ship back. I feel completely ripped off. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had and they did nothing to help.

I appreciate junebridals' attention to good customer service. It's some of the best I've ever had. The communication was readily available and I was never kept guessing if I would hear back from a representative.
A word to the wise... pay attention to junebridals' sizing instructions. All clothing manufacturers' sizing is not the same. You'll save yourself a hassle when you do.
My tea length wedding dress is a dream... just as it appears in the photo 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 it's well-made; the material (chiffon) is quality. I'm so looking forward to my wedding day!

I recently bought a dress and once I…
I recently bought a dress and once I received it, I tried it on and was not satisfied with the sizing or quality of the dress. It’s poorly made and not worth the cost they charged me.
It took them three days to respond with two different offers: 1) return the dress for partial refund (they subtracted the “free” shipping cost from the total price paid, though my shipping was “free” due to the dollar amount of my order. They cited this was part of the return policy on their website but it only mentions the customer is responsible for paying the shipping for return, not that JB’s shipping cost would be deducted from the total refund). Or 2) keep the dress and get a refund of 50% and save the hassle of shipping the product back.

The dress was exquisite…lace on the dress and sleeves was priceless. It was easy to wear and move around…even using the restroom was made simple with the inner slip.
It was rather loose at the waist but was able to modify and tighten it using diy gimmick.

Brides beware—this is a deceptive…
Brides beware—this is a deceptive company.
They advertise free returns, but that’s completely false. You cannot return your dress—instead, they offer only a tiny partial refund, no matter how bad the issue is.
I ordered a lace boho-style gown, and what I received wasn’t lace at all. It was a cheaply made dress with random pieces of lace-like fabric sewn on in patches—nothing like what was pictured and definitely not custom work.
I also paid extra for a dress bag, but it came stuffed in a vacuum-sealed plastic bag instead. No protection, no presentation, and not what I paid for.
I reached out to customer service multiple times—both by phone and email. The phone number is fake; no one ever answers. Out of all the emails I sent, I only received one response, offering me $50 back for a $312 dress. That’s all they would do, and they refused to accept a return or provide further help.
Do not waste your money. This company is misleading, unresponsive, and not worth the risk—especially for something as important as your wedding.
