I've never used a food delivery service before, but I've been stuck indoors with a bad back since Tuesday. By Saturday evening I'd run out of most things, was fed up and desperate for some basics and a few treats. Because Jiffy had a lot of positive reviews I went for them. The ordering process was very easy. I ordered. Was sent a code at 8.40pm. At 8.53pm my delivery arrived! I've waited longer to be served in shop!!! I couldn't recommend them highly enough

Had only positive experiences so far
I'm fortunate enough to live literally minutes away from my local Jiffy base so my family's deliveries have always been delivered rapidly - as quick as 3 minutes from placing my order up to no longer than 15 minutes. Very impressed with the speed!
The selections aren't going to be as comprehensive as a supermarket but it's really not that far off, it's fairly priced for the convenience (compared to, say, grocery orders on Uber Eats), offers frequent discount codes, and offers a good selection of less common items.
I've been very impressed with the experience so far and Jiffy is my go to app for convenient groceries over Getir, Deliveroo and Uber Eats

False delivery times
Hi,
Hjp6749 order was delivered 1h 20 min after, your app is misleading with time delivery stating 20minutes. Other delivery apps don't lie about times, if they can't deliver on time, they don't take order.

Awful waiting times, meant to be fast.
Ridiculous, waited over an hour to be told the delivery would be another 45 minutes. I cancelled, and will not use again, what a waste of time. And not even an apology from their "help". This is what our country is coming to, no care and no manners.
And you can shove your voucher somewhere the sun don't shine. App deleted, moved on.

Jiffy is the best
Jiffy is the best - Oat milk, cheaper than it is at any other store, delivered to my door in 20 minutes? Yes please! Also, my experience of Jiffy fresh produce has been great, as the Coriander (on sale) still lasted another week! It would take me longer than 20 minutes to get dressed and go to the store, so the very quick deliveries are amazing!

Reliable service,great for essentials!

Using the service in Twickenham. The prices are the best for quick delivery services.
Virtually all deliveries have been within 20 minutes with free delivery on orders over £10

We love Jiffy! Their couriers are exceptional, their prices are amazing and they have a decent amount of products. I once needed some sudocream for my dog and guess what, they had it in stock ❤️ Saved us many times. We love that their packaging is recyclable and that their delivery is so very quick. After suggesting on the app review to add tips for the Couriers, they now incorporated that in the app so we can show our gratitude towards the hard working amazing people saving us so many expensive trips to the local stores.
