Very speedy, good food but limited range.

Never had a problem with JIFFY. Good choice of product and delivery is either on time or early. Best of all you can track your delivery in real time. The staff are great

Would like to put a higher review however sadly the service is hit and miss. I still use it a lot. The problem I have is the stock availability most of the time as most of my favourites are often out of stock. Also sometimes the wait for a driver is over 40 minutes to an hour which isn’t ‘in a jiffy’

I have used this service on a number of occasions. The variety of items are limited but all basics are available. It has been a great service, speedy and very reliable. I would recommend.

This app is one of the best out there for me,it’s always fast,in stock and great deals..even little freebies most of the time,why would you use anything else?!
Same prices as local shops compared to some other apps that charge way over rrp,as a disabled customer I find them perfect and use them regularly and never had any issues

Jiffy is awesome. It's a startup but it's improved so quickly. It's very diverse with lots of good quality products being in stock. The process of tracking the order is a cool feature. The riders are always prompt & friendly. (I can use it both for supermarket shops & mini orders)

I have been very pleasantly surprised by Jiffy. There is a very wide range of products - and I was quite particular! I was also amazed by how quickly my purchases arrived, by very nice, friendly, yet unobtrusive couriers. I started using Jiffy while self-isolating, but have continued using them because of ease and lower prices than many shops.

I've been very pleased with Jiffy. They provide quick delivery and often have promos. Prices are similar and in some cases cheaper than your regular corner shop

I like how prompt Jiffy is. Also I’m quite pleased with the diversity of food. Of course there are some items I want and they don’t have it yet but overall I’m very pleased with prices, promos and range of products! I highly recommend it!

Uncompetitive compared to Getir, Gopuff, Zapp and Yango.

- All common and popular products are always out of stock. You'll be lucky to get any fresh greens or fruits, nevermind meat..

- Smallest range of products I've seen amongst all other services. Maybe take a look at your competitors' range or browse any local supermarket to get an understanding of the assortment you need.

- Appalling customer support experience. In-app chat is unusable with no support for pictures (agents asking to send pics to personal emails lol?). Why can't an agent get access to my orders and *always* asks what my last order number is?

- Available only in parts of 1 & 2 zones in London. Your competitors have covered all of UK and EU...

Good range of products, very fairly and competitively priced, and perfect hand off and instant delivery of goods.

No complaints, great service, has largely replaced all top up shopping.
