Jiffy is very convenient and delivers within the hour.It has a good choice for last minute things you may just need in a hurry and can't go out.

I've been using Jiffy since January, and I can tell you that they offer excellent service. Shopping on the Jiffy app is super easy and it's very user friendly.

Usually perfect service but if you receive a discount code it never works and causes problems with the app

Jiffy so far have been amazing. Their delivery team are always incredibly polite. A good selection of products and great prices. BUT the thing I find even more amazing is, on my last jiffy order... A product was forgotten when the order was packed. I was just serving up dinner so thought I’d deal with it later… within minutes a member of their team was at the door with my missing item. Without me even having to contact them! How brilliant is that? I use them often, so one missing item out of tens of orders is really no biggie!

I think jiffy is really good at getting your stuff to you quickly.much more superior than Asda,Morrisons,Iceland,sainsburys and don’t forget Waitrose and Tesco.Unfortunately they have such a pathetic collection of items .but if you just want basics like rum and coke and smokes it’s your ideal place to shop and you will be sipping in 20 minutes..perfect,but if you are one of those wingers who want a leg of lamb with mint sauce then get up of your lazy ass and go to the above poxy stores that are just too lazy to get your desires to you in 20 minutes time like jiffy.

An excellent service with fresh and variety of products…delivery is fast and friendly! Prices are excellent…Might have done more shopping there if some of my preferred products were available!

Fast, cheap and never any missing items, the drivers are always polite, and delivery is cheap or free depending on how much you spend. Much better than other competitors in every way!

Delivery guy went to wrong address, I texted him how to get to the right one (that was never been a problem to other deliveries) - delivery guy just cancelled.
Customer support just told me I need to order again.
My time wasted by rude delivery man and horribly pointless customer service that did not care

Last order didn't even leave the warehouse after waiting nearly an hour and a half for delivery. Had to chat with online support who answered every question at a snails pace to cancel the order and issue a refund. Today's order was just cancelled after waiting for 15 minutes for no reason.

Extremely slow chat support again today who said it was a technical glitch and it will take up to 10 days to get a refund. Complete joke of a company. Not worth all this constant hassle when there are plenty of other grocery delivery companies in the area.

Update when I log onto App says they don't deliver to my area yet even though I've ordered from them at least 6 times in recent weeks. They don't have a clue what they are doing. Avoid!!!
