Good Customer Service
This company responds quickly when one makes contact with them and I also find them very approachable - they most definitely have good customer service qualities. Also their operative Aidan Orton who attended to carry out works at my property today gave sound advice which I really appreciated and he also did an excellent job.

Michael came out today to retreat my bug problem, this was the 4th attempt to eradicate the issue. He listened to my concerns and contacted the office for further advice. He then proceeded with the suggested treatment. Let’s hope this solves my ongoing problem. I give Michael 10/10 for his customer service JG should be proud to have him on the team.
