The brownie was clearly several weeks old. Dry, very crumbly and tasteless. I was SO disappointed. I had their brownie only one other time and it was really good. Now I’m turned off from wanting to buy a sandwich, even with a coupon. This was at the Eastlake Chula Vista store in California.

Well they under pay first all 8 50 a hour really then I'm a interview then I order some food it took 15 min to be ready but that's not all the interviewer said that the gm picks favorites and basically says screw everyone else new bern nc by the way

Not a fan but my wife likes some of their food. Cold subs are ordered dry since they pour so much oil and vinegar on a sub it's like eating a sponge. Today was their cheesesteak. The menu said with fried onions and peppers. Having grown up eating pepper steak subs in New England I was really looking forward to it. Hardly a trace of onion and not peppers but sweet peppers. The menu should specify. Some people, myself included, do not like sweet peppers. Just like expecting a cucumber on your salad and finding a pickle. Whoever wrote the menu does not know much about food. Anyway my wife had hers for supper and will have mine for lunch tomorrow. And I won't be going back any time soon if ever.

This is about Jersey Mike's Hwy 29 Athens GA. Today on July 8. Entering the store the server behind the counter had a discontent aggrieved attitude. No smile, just acted like they were mad and didn't want to talk to me. She asked what I would like. I politely told her the sandwich. Then she just walked off. I spoke up and said I'd also like another sandwich please. So she came back with the resting B face. I told her that sandwich. She then quickly turned and walked away again... By then I had gotten irritated with her attitude. Up "until" then I was being extremely polite. I then yelled Ma'am I would like to order one more sandwich please. She came back and said "You don't have to have attitude!" I hadn't been rude, I felt I had been extremely polite.. So then I decided to be. I told her she was the one being rude and where she could put those sandwiches and left. I won't ever be coming back. Service before had always been good up until lately. The quality of food and service in my opinion had been slowly going down hill. This was just the last straw.

The chicken salad is really good!

Calling customer service is a waste of time, because no one ever answers the phone. You are told to leave a message, but if you do no one will call you back.

I tried returning to Jersey Mike's. Staff remains unprofessional. I'm choosing Fire House, Wegmans or Jimmy John's. I walked out and got three Italian subs at Wegman's. I wish not to be contacted. Thank you.

Sub was delicious, chips were fresh, management was on point and working hard. Very polite and respectful! Tullahoma location always on point

Worst experience ever. Ordered a sandwich pays for a combo and it was a regular sandwich . Called the manager and they told me come back we will give you another sandwich . I ended up going the next day and employee questioned me was Insure the meat wasn’t on there . Never going to that one in Kingston Pa again .

If there is zero feedback that is what I would have given this Jersey Mike's Subs in Millville NJ. Don't eat there. Don't waste your money on their useless tasting sandwich. Save your money. Their Sandwich is bitter as hell. Staffs are even the worse Especially when you ask why the sandwich is so bitter or have a complaint about the food. Wasted my $36 on cheap tasting meat that's very bitter and everything on the subs.

Terrible experience. We ordered on the app. After 15 minutes we were at the shop.
The lazy manager was sitting, staring into space. They THEN started our order. People came and left and our order wasn't ready. The staff was rude and incompetent. The lady cooking our meat turned and looked SCORNFULLY at us SEVERAL TIMES. When I complained about the slow speed and long wait, I was told to go to McDonald's for fast food (i.e., "shut up.")

Tarin at the Belton MO Jersey Mike’s makes you feel welcomed. He should own his own store. That said, we love Jersey Mike’s service, quality, and selection. We have several to choose from in our area but we go to the Belton location. We appreciate you Tarin.

It seems every time I order online from jersey mikes my order is messed up!! I guess IF I order from them again I’ll have to go in and watch like I’m babysitting!!

I ordered an extra large veggie sub with pickles, lettuce, banana peppers, jalapeños, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, onions, oil and balsamic vinegar and seasoning in Kingston NY. This sub was just over twenty dollars. What I got was a tiny bit of lettuce, three slices of bell peppers, four very thin slices of tomato, 6 or seven slices of onion, 8 pickle slices, 8 jalapeño slices... 8+ slices of cheese. That's it; Nothing else. Probably the grossest sandwich I've ever had.

Stopped at North Huntington, PA for a cheesesteak. One person in front of me. I stood there for 10 minutes. Not acknowledged at all. Ended up walking out. If the people working there were any slower they would be going in reverse. First and only bad experience

The workers are super friendly, love to chat.
Everything is fresh made and tastes delicious!

Such a great store amazing workers and great subs

Continue to disappoint on service and food. Two times in a row we order for delivery and missing ingredients again. Got giant #31 missing everything except the chicken. Where is the lettuce tomato and mayo? The previous time #17 no peppers and was given a ungodly amount of peppers. This place has gone down hill in the past month or two. The amount we pay for the subs and they are made incorrectly is unacceptable. The excuse....we are a little busy with a new person on the grill..... bull. How can you miss the ingredients that are supposed to be on a sub with no modifications and not to add one item? Disappointed that this has made us timid to even order again. Westminster Maryland off MD-140 is the location.
