I was very disappointed when I was at port orange, Florida location. I wanted the advertised chicken salad sub and they said they are out. The only chicken is frozen. Can somebody manage a store properly in dunlawton square. 4 other customers also were requesting chicken salad sub.

Shop on 2605 Lucas rd, Lucas , TX shop has very bad attitude and I had to through their entire food

Jersey Mike's always over performs, ALWAYS! They have a fantastic product and a very positively motivated TEAM and they aim to please on EVERY SUB!! Jenna is a very talented leader and she just makes it fun for her team and her customers...it is the place to GO!! Spoil yourself and pop in to the STONECREST S/C and experience a wonderful lunch...Quality is the Industry LEADER!

My experience was great. But the person 2 people behind me would rate his experience as a minus 1 star. They forgot to ask how he wanted it They said something stupid like they are pre-made. He walked out without anything. I ask him where his sandwich was, and he told me what happen

The Jersey Mike's on Ocean Blvd. in Long Branch NJ. The manager should be fired. We walked into the store on Saturday May 16, 2026 and as soon as we walked in the Manager yelled at us with a very bad attitude that if we wanted to order anything it would be at least 45 minutes and that they might be running out of bread. The Managers attitude is not what customer service is about. He could have given us the information in a pleasant way rather than such a bad temper. We will not be going back to that place and I hope he has to find a new job.

(910) 481-0555 To be honest, unless you're okay with your order being completely wrong.The bread being wrong.No ingredients, then I wouldn't advertise JerseyMike's.They don't even have a proper corporate that looks over the subway stores and I sent emails back to back for months , while people talked in circles told me my email went to the wrong department and zero help and zero calls from the STORE!

No one would speak up. Was this the problem? I doubt it. They seemed so bored. We were the only ones there. I have perfect hearing. With the music going I kept saying I cannot tell what you are saying. I wanted a Veggie Grinder. Everything except onions. When we got home it was as if they heard nothing. There was a 5" roll, very thin cheese, sliced too thick peppers, and lettuce. There was a very scant piece of tomato. Slice the top of a small tomato, cut in half, there was not quite that much tomato on the grinder. I had gone to the check out, while it was being made. The girl kept pointing to the tips on the credit card machine. I asked her what she was saying. After saying this 2X I looked at her and said, I have no idea what you are saying. I am putting my card in. She walked away. Never again. $10 for a roll soaked with oil and nothing, literally nothing on it. Would I like Mikes Way. I caught that after the third time. I said what is Mike's way? What? I repeated what is Mikes way. What? I just shook my head; they just did not care enough to make a good product. So sorry we picked there. Never ever again. They should be ashamed and how would they like to be cheated and served something like that. If we did not live so far, I would have driven back to get my money back. If you want to get a really great grinder, go anywhere else. This shop was in Longmeadow, Ma. We have gone to others and gotten great food. This was not it.

This was my second time at this 74 W 11400 S, Sandy location, and I’m done. Ordered a BLT and got only two small pieces of bacon, $10 for a BLT with only 2 tiny pieces of bacon — completely unacceptable for a sandwich that’s supposed to be built around bacon.
I understand mistakes happen, but two pieces on a BLT isn’t acceptable. Hope management trains staff on proper portions

On our first visit - the bread was so thin I’ve never seen anything like it at a Jersey Mike’s. We moved from Orem, and the Orem location never had this problem.

Definitely won’t be coming back here. I’ll drive further to a different location.

Trash! Incomplete order AGAIN!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service experience I had at your location on April 25, 2026, involving the supervisor who was on shift that day.

I returned to the store because there was an issue with my Uber order, and I simply wanted the salad to be remade. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, the supervisor argued with me and insisted that Jersey Mike’s was only following the instructions listed on the Uber order. She then reprinted the receipt and attempted to show me what was on it.

I respectfully advised her, “Thank you for showing me what is on your receipt; however, I would like to show you mine.” She refused and continued to go back and forth with me rather than resolving the issue. Eventually, another associate stepped in and said to just remake the salad.

My concern is: why did it require an unnecessary argument and intervention from another employee just to have the item remade? That was the entire reason I drove half a mile to your location at 11065 Pacific Crest Place, Silverdale, WA 98383 from my home. If I wanted to avoid the trip altogether, I could have simply filed a claim through Uber. Instead, I made the effort to come in person so the issue could be corrected quickly and courteously.

I hope this matter is addressed with the supervisor involved, as customers should not have to experience resistance or confrontation when seeking a reasonable resolution.

Simply, whatever has occurred within Jersey Mike's over the last two years needs to be rethought. Once an exceptional restaurant is progressively being ruined beyond return. Sadly, if this continues and doesn't improve JM will be losing more customers including myself.

We shold have quit going there because of the bad service we have received at the Reno Nv S. Meadows branch. But every 6 months or so we make the mistake of trying again :( They cant even get the type of bread right when told at least 5 times what we wanted :( It is ridiculous how bad the service is there. And we were the only customers!! When it first opened it was great but for years now it has been a HORRIBLE experience going in there each time since!!! Shame On YOU!

We went to Jersey Mike's Subs in Moncks Corner, SC. This was our first visit ever to a Jersey Mike's. I will say I am disappointed with the subs we got. If I wanted a lunch meat sandwich, I would have just gone home. No thrill's on this sandwich. Dry and too expensive for a meal deal. Mini #6 $8.15 + Drink and chips $4.29 per person. $12.44 not including tax for a lunch meat sandwich. They don't even toast the sandwich. Honestly, we will not be going to ANY Jersey Mike's again.

Got 2 regular subs and 1 large sub plus a bag of chips. $50 bucks. When I got home, we tossed the three subs. We told them "no jalapenos". They ignored us and every sub had just what the menu said, including jalapenos. We have a lab who will eat ANYTHING. We gave him one and he carried it around for a while and then left it sitting in the office. Even the Lab thought they were inedible. We kept the chips.

My first Jersey Mike's experience. A little disappointed, the food was gresh, bread was good , but ever since we sat, an employee who was handling the bread and adding ingrediends in sandwiches then wrap and bag, our whole visit, NEVER EVER tried to change his gloves. i told the manager as i was leaving, she replied " he was just sprinkling", which he wasn't, we were there & every thing is on cameras. And we saw it all. Just take it and fix the mistake. Not going back there, but I'll give a different location maybe a try. Thank you

The subs are getting smaller. Paid for a 12inch and got a 9inch. More bread than anything.. portions were laughable!!!

Jersey Mike’s, TBK Bettendorf, Iowa closed at 4:00 PM Saturday with a steady stream of people coming in…..why…for a Managers meeting! What genius manager approved that? I suggest canceling the meeting and hire new management!
