Just ordered my first “Hot Mike’s sandwich and it’s awesome!

Used to be a loyal customer as well as enjoyed their in-app sports games to earn points. Well, they decided to go cheap and not give out points this year for the NFL prediction game. So, what is the point and why bother?!?! It was only fun to play these games like the NHL game earned points. No more. Company has gone cheap, so no longer going to be loyal.

Their food is nasty. I don't understand how they're still in business, except for people who enjoy eating nasty food who are willing to eat Jersey Mike's trash. Subway and Jimmy John's will always top stank azz Jersey Mike's nasty food. Jersey Mike can take his stank azz food back to Jersey. Not worth the money. Nasty. Wouldn't feed it to a dog. Gross.

Jersey Mike’s, it really makes a difference when you hire people who cares about how your sandwiches taste to us, and this time you’ve Got it Right‼️ Let me send a big shout out to Jersey’s Mike at 3100 Independence Parkway in Plano, Texas. The staff is 100% better, restaurant is cleaner, neater, the staff seems ready to work and them sammiches are fresh & BANGING‼️ Big shoutout to “TAMARA!” This lady makes a steak Philly and any other sandwich as if she went to Philadelphia, and put some gold on it! I had to ask her what’s her name. She told me that she makes her sandwiches as if she would like to be served. “That is the freaking Key!” Please give this lady a raise because ain’t no one EVER made me a quality, fresh and gourmet sandwich like Tamara did‼️ I could have eaten my fingers and I think tears 😭 fell from eyes because my mouth experienced Sure Joy! My sandwich was so good, I didn’t even want to leave the store. Tamara, Thank You & my family will be BACK‼️🔥🔥🔥🔥

This crazy ass crackhead mom and a son was yelling at this sweet poor employee just because she dint make his sandwich fancy mancy I feel like costumers like him and there momma should be ashamed of themselves saying they can run a company

I will never order from jersey Mike's and I will never use door dash again their driver sat in the parking of where my food was supposed to be delivered for 30 minutes and ate my food. And jersey Mike's said go £¥€% yourself and then door dash go £¥€% your self. Now I lose my money had no food to eat and none of them care. I will start a campaign of bad reviews and complaints until it hurts their business.

Overall, when Jersey Mike's got bought out, they went downhill. Sub rolls are smaller, fillings are smaller, but the prices have increased. ever since Blackstone bought them out, they've declined dramatically. This is corporate greed and although I wish they could go back to the high quality they once had, they won't, so I hope the day comes where Blackstone goes belly up.

My last 2 orders have been incorrect. We order our sandwiches dry, meaning no sauce such as mustard, mayo, oil, etc. That last 2 times, our sanwiches have had a lot of either spicey mustard or mustard on them. So much that it soaked into the bread and it's impossible to just scrape it off.

I filled out the survey and the "owner" of this location sent me an apology via email and an offer to refund my last 2 orders and requested that I provide the order number. Unfortunately, I didn't have the receipt from the order a couple of weeks ago but I did have the receipt from my recent order. I replied to his email with the requested order number and amount however, he has not bothered to respond or acknowledge my reply.

$25 for 2 sandwiches that we cannot eat is just ridiculous.
Never again. Back to Jimmy Johns or MacAlisters.

I went to Jersey Mikes on Chapman Ave in Orange. I go to this store at least twice a week. Tonight I got the worst sandwich i ever had there. There was so little meat on the sandwich I was shocked. I mentioned it to the woman who was making sandwich. She says the sandwich was fine as she weighed the meat. I watched her make the sandwich and she did NOT weigh anything. It was the skimpiest sandwich I’ve had from there. The woman was rude. She lied right to my face. I don’t mind paying their prices because they normally make a good sandwich but not tonight. There are only kids working in this store. No maturity whatsoever so ever. I will think twice before going back here.

I ordered at 1:11 PM called at 2 PM told them we didn't get the order, and they said they didn't see it and the idiot worked asked if we still wanted it and I told him yes. They said they would make it and send it out. Another hour goes by I call at 3:11 PM the guy finds my order puts me on hold and a manager gets on says the order was picked up a while ago and can't tell me details, so I believe they lied to me! It was extremely fast, the lady there was efficient and quick. Plus the sandwich was fresh with fresh sliced meat.

Very deceiving, they stack these subs on the commercial with deli meat. At the store on Altamont Avenue Schenectady dont put any substantial amount of meat on their subs, these are $20. My first visit was great after that I was ASHAMED I bragged about them 👎👎👎

The service was horrible trying to order a salad this the first time we were there and she said oh we don't make salad finally she said we do make a bowl you put it on the bowl why didn't she say that in the beginning she's standing there rolling her eyes cuz we're trying to figure out how to order. As I checked out to pay for the work the person checking just was just like dead personality just nothing no smile no thank you another eye roller this is how I'm leaving this place that was the last impression I got was the person ringing me up horrible service I thought the prices were high I didn't complain about it my sandwich was okay my wife's salad was good what's not a salad it's a bull which they didn't tell us it took us about 10 minutes to figure out that we could order a bowl. Just so you know if the service was good we wouldn't have complained about the order the service was so bad and in the attitudes here are so nasty that everybody's going to complain here I mean it's ridiculous I mean how dare you go to the checkout window and they give you attitude I mean I just can't see this place doing very much business I'll never come back here again. Something must be wrong with management or the owner here to have all these unhappy people working here and now I'm only talking about the women I didn't have any conversation with the guy making a sandwich just the women. Just so you know a little friendly smile would go a long ways to the point it would overcome some of the complaints you're probably getting about the sandwiches not being good and the one guy person said that they didn't toast the bread well they didn't ask me I would have wanted it toasted but they didn't ask me that they just brought it to me cold and I never get a cold sandwich I always get a hot sandwich.

Overpriced just not that good. Terriblebly underwhelming

second time n two weeks I threw away full sized tuna sub. Luckily this time mayo smelled so bad I didn't eat it.

We went to Jersey Mike's for take out. My daughter, who can't eat beef ordered a Chipotle Chicken Sandwich. When we got home, we discovered that they had given her something beef instead. I tried calling the number on the receipt only to get a very generic "Leave a message" recording - nothing that identified it as the store. So we drove back to the store and explained the situation. We said, "And we would like a free sandwich or something to make up for the gas we used having to come back.

The girl shrugged her shoulders and said, "I can't do that. All I can do is give you the other sandwich." We asked to see the manager and she replied, "I am the manager." We asked to see the owner and were told, "The owner is going to tell you the same thing I'm telling you."

The lack of customer service was appalling. We will not be eating there again and will be telling everyone we know not to eat there either.

The overall attitude was "We messed up and really couldn't care less about it." So for the price of another sandwich or a free cookie or some small gesture that said, "We're so sorry, here, let us make it up to you." they have instead purchased a bad review and a negative word of mouth campaign.

bread hard, salty, and horrible mayonnaise...wanted to try first and last time, prices outrageous...I usually save half for later in day but this was so soggy it soaked up the wrapper to point of falling apart so made a huge lettuce mess in frig when I picked it up and was dripping. Was it the mayo dripping and soggy? Nope, will not be back.

Horrible service. Went to Jersey Mikes in Westminster and the sub were horrible. I can not stand lazy people and poor service. I ordered the philly steak. After standing giving my order to the clerk, when i arrived hime in PA it was totally wrong. No extra mayo or lettuce. The bread wasnt toasted. Just completely horrible. Then the way it was wrapped. The Italian sub was sloppy. These people are lazy and the service is poor. I called the manager and she gave a refund but that does not fix the problem. The staff there is terrible. I will never eat out of this location again. They need to close. Stay away!!! Manager declined to give me the store manager’s name. Had to drive all the way from Pennsylvania. Completely poor service!

Very friendly, polite and helpful. Very clean restaurant.

Yarmanny is awesome and the team is friendly and fast and careful with our allergies! Tasty food too!
