DO NOT USE JALWA ONLINE.
They are committing FRAUD and SCAMMING people. They do not send your orders out which you have paid money for. When you raise the issues with them they will ignore you and decline to respond to any form of communication. I am taking legal action against this fraud company.

DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT order from them. I ordered my eid suit on 21st March.. received no suit and money taken from my account. Iv emailed them countless of times No correspondence. They are absolute SCAMMERS😡😡

Please people don’t order they take your money and don’t post any clothes
I was lucky I ordered 1 outfit but my cousin one of them ordered 3suits and the other 4 suits as they where wearing matching with there daughter we all bought the brown farshi salwaar suits they promised us our orders will be posted on Thursday 27/3 when I got in touch with them Friday as I didn’t receive on confirmation regarding delivery after so many mesgs they replied back and said we sent u tracking numbers I was told to check spam and junk and the said the same to my cousins none of us received any emails regarding tracking numbers iv got all the evidence and tik tok chats they starting to ignore ours mesgs now and not refunding now they are posting they can take legal action people saying they are fake people who have not received there clothes are not lieing they are fake and rubbing people money

I have been sent the wrong size Farshi suit. I ordered red and have been sent pink.
I initiated return on the same day within an a couple of hours but Jalwa have responded by saying they do not accept returns.

How can you not accept a return when you have sent the wrong size and wrong colour.

Absolutely disappointed. I kept communication throughout my order. I even made sure I verified that I would get my outfit on time, which they guaranteed me. I ordered with a week in advance, and I have still Not received my item. I’ve contacted about this and am yet to hear back. I’m actually so annoyed and disappointed

Come on time before i needed it. Loved the detailing to packaging and attention to detail. Especially 1st time buying asian clothes online.

Ordered via TikTok shop. Received email from Jalwaonline to advise order could not be fulfilled ans they had been scammed by their supplier. Asked me to request a refund. Got refunded straight away.

Whoever runs their social media accounts needs training on how to speak to customers. Ordered through tiktok and the seller marked my order as awaiting courier collection. A few days went by and there was no update on the tracking. TikTok contacted me to say they would automatically cancel my order in 5 days but for whatever reason this didn’t happen. After this the seller sent a message to say they had been scammed by the supplier and told me to cancel my order and to re order the outfit from their website (violation of tiktok shop policies?) I couldn’t cancel the order on my end and asked them to do it. The woman responding to me was very passive aggressive and had an attitude as if I had scammed her. I had to contact TikTok to obtain a refund and even after it was issued the seller still continued to pester me through TikTok messages. I normally wouldn’t write a negative review about a small business but the manner in which she was speaking was not on.

Jalwa.com is not a trustworthy business—their customer service is pathetic, and their refund policy is unlawful. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs!

10/10 services and most understanding team at jalwaonline, have to say I definitely recommend them as they are there to assist you in any difficulties when ordering clothes, especially in short notice, definitely recommend!!!

Jalwa Online is a complete scam and fraudulent. I placed an order for 12 suits costing over £200, and I tried to contact them for over nine weeks through emails and their live chat, but I was completely ignored. Finally, on the 10th week, after I threatened to expose them on TikTok, a lady responded and told me to contact my bank because they couldn't refund my money. It's outrageous!

Placed an order a good few weeks ago, probably been over a month, nearly two months, and still no updates on my order from website. I consistently contacted them through emails, Instagram and TikTok but no response. I also mentioned about an update on the website orders on TikTok LIVE, however they IGNORED my comment and did not reply!!!
All I wanted was an update but clearly these guys are scams! No tracking numbers, no responses no nothing!!

I placed an order for 2 suits. Fraudulent company. Keeping on promising me that I will receive my order in a week. After a month, started ignoring my messages. Never received the order and not received the refund. Avoid this company at any cost.

You can’t go wrong for the quality and price of these clothes. Ordered many times for different occasions
as couldn’t find anything locally. I’m always worried ordering Asian clothes online due to fitting/quality issues and want to avoid the hassle of returns etc. However 6 suits I ordered were amazing, exact to size mentioned, sewn for comfortable fit and such good quality. Delivered fully tracked within 3 days, impressed as I’m sure this time of year it must get super busy. Such good value all round. I have recommended Asian suits online to my family too and will be placing more orders myself hopefully in future.
